Explosion proof stainless steel double clip electric butterfly valve is a kind of environment-friendly anti-corrosion butterfly valve with rubber lining. It not only has excellent anti-corrosion, wear resistance, wear reduction performance, non-toxic, antibacterial, mold resistant and other characteristics, but also has prominent advantages such as small operating torque, convenient maintenance, and beautiful appearance. The electric butterfly valve can be selected with different rubber lined valve bodies and butterfly plates of different materials according to different working conditions, so as to adapt to different fluid, semi fluid, gas or powder pipeline transportation and containers, and can be used as a shut-off mechanism or flow regulating device.

Performance characteristics of electric butterfly valve actuator:
The shell is made of hard aluminum alloy, which has been anodized and coated with polyester powder. It has strong corrosion resistance. The protection grades are IP67, NEMA4 and 6, and IP68 and explosion-proof types are available.
Fully enclosed squirrel cage motor, small size, large torque, small inertia force, insulation class F, built-in overheat protection switch, can prevent damage to the motor.
The design of hand wheel ensures safety, reliability, labor saving and small size. When the power is off, pull the clutch handle for manual operation. When powered on, the clutch automatically resets. (Note: The electric actuator will remain in permanent manual state when there is no power supply.)
The indicator is mounted on the central shaft to observe the valve position. The mirror surface adopts convex lens design, no water accumulation, and more convenient observation.
Mechanical and electronic double limit. The mechanical limit screw is adjustable, safe and reliable; The electronic limit switch is controlled by a cam mechanism, and the simple adjustment mechanism can set the position accurately and conveniently.
The torque switch (except 005/008/010) can provide overload protection. When the valve is jammed and foreign matters are found, the motor power supply will be automatically disconnected, which will more effectively protect the valve and electric actuator from damage. (It has been set before leaving the factory, please do not change the setting at will)
The precise double worm gear mechanism can efficiently transmit large torque, with high efficiency, low noise (maximum 50 dB), long service life, self-locking function, anti reverse rotation, stable and reliable transmission part, and no need to refuel.
Anti falling bolt: when removing the shell, the bolt is attached to the shell and will not fall off.
The control circuit meets the standard of single-phase or three-phase power supply, the circuit layout is compact and reasonable, and the terminal blocks can effectively meet the requirements of various additional functions. (It can be processed separately according to customer requirements.)
The bottom installation dimension conforms to ISO5211 international standard, and the drive shaft sleeve can be removed for processing according to needs, with strong adaptability. It can be installed vertically or horizontally.
The explosion-proof stainless steel wafer type electric butterfly valve uses 380V/220V/110V AC power supply as the driving power, and uses 4-20mA current signal or 0-10V DC voltage signal as the control signal to make the valve move to the required position and realize its automatic control.
