Wiring method of WLF6G2 limit switch:
1. When wiring screw terminals, the conductor shall not be directly connected with the terminal. Place the M3 type insulated covered circular pressing terminal between them for wiring. Please use 0.5~1.25 mm conductor.
2. When wiring the grounding terminal inside the housing, please use the flag type pressing terminal as an accessory part, and when wiring the grounding terminal outside the housing, please use M3.5 screw end.
3. The grounding wire must be connected to the internal grounding terminal, otherwise there may be a risk of electric shock. However, since the cable used by the stationary machine (except the mobile machine) sometimes does not contain the grounding wire, the internal connection operation cannot be carried out. In this case, please use the external grounding terminal to carry out the connection operation.
4. Do not use silicon cable, or it may cause poor contact.
5. The operating temperature range of the switch is - 20 ℃~+70 ℃. Please select a cable that can withstand+5 ℃ higher than the switch temperature when powered on.
6. Please do not conduct wiring operation or touch live parts such as cables when power is on, otherwise electric shock may occur.
7. Do not apply excessive external force on the built-in switch housing, which may reduce the explosion-proof performance.
