Electro hydraulic actuator integrates motor, oil pump and electro-hydraulic servo valve, and can work as long as power supply and control signal are connected. It is ideal for remote areas that cannot provide air source pressure but need to accurately control the position of the valve core.
Electro hydraulic butterfly valve Corresponding functions and accessories can be added based on user requirements. For example, in case of failure (power failure, signal failure and fire) or interlock (ESD) signal, the valve can be quickly opened/closed/maintained as required, and the time for fast opening/closing of the valve can also be customized according to user needs.

Performance characteristics of electro-hydraulic actuator:
1. Digital interface display: the digital interface can operate multi language setting, status and diagnostic display under the environment of minimum - 50 ℃, and the backlight technology can provide excellent contrast;
2. Diversified control modes: the actuator can select remote digital quantity, analog quantity or Fieldbus Modbus, Hart and other buses for remote control. Local manual pump operation or Bluetooth, infrared connection controller setting can be selected, and the operation can be set directly through the touch panel.
3. Intelligent system detection: high-precision pressure sensor is configured to monitor the hydraulic pressure generated internally, so as to ensure that the motor/pump is started to maintain internal hydraulic stability when the pressure drops to the set value. Secondly, high sensitive temperature sensors are configured to monitor oil temperature, electronic control unit, motor temperature and internal ambient temperature.
4. Valve position feedback: equipped with non-contact Hall effect sensor for long-term monitoring of actuator position, 4~20mA signal output, and a set of valve position limit signal safety switch.
5. Data security protection: the internal standard configuration of super capacitor, when the main power supply loses power, the configuration and data recording parameters are stored in the memory chip, and the data can be kept for up to two weeks. The data recorder has the ability to monitor the action energy of the actuator when it runs to the safe position of power loss.
