Introduction to pneumatic ball valve:
The pneumatic ball valve is composed of a rack and pinion pneumatic actuator and a fireproof and anti-static silica sol ball valve. It is powered by compressed air and driven by the linear movement of the piston rack to drive the gear transmission of the output shaft. It is a pneumatic valve driven by angular travel. There are double action and single action forms to choose from, which is an ideal device to realize automatic control of industrial pipelines.

Operating principle of pneumatic actuator:
 

1. Double acting

(Counterclockwise direction) Compressed air is input from hole A to make the left and right pistons move in the opposite direction. The output shaft operates counterclockwise, and the air at the sides of the two pistons is discharged from port B.  

(Clockwise) Compressed air is input from hole B to make the left and right pistons move towards the center, the output shaft rotates clockwise, and the air between the two pistons is discharged from port A.
 

2. Single acting

(Counterclockwise direction) Compressed air is input from hole A to make the left and right pistons move in opposite directions. The output shaft rotates counterclockwise, and the air at the side of the two pistons is discharged from port B.

(Clockwise) In case of air loss, the two pistons move towards the center due to the action of the spring, the output shaft rotates clockwise, and the air is discharged from port A.
