1. The actuator does not act, but the control module power and signal lights are on
Treatment method: check whether the power supply voltage is correct; Whether the motor is disconnected; Whether the ten core plug is disconnected from the end to each line terminal; Whether the plugs of motor, potentiometer and capacitor are in good condition; Use the comparison and exchange method to judge whether the control module is good.
2. The actuator does not act, and the power light is on but the signal light is not
Processing method: check whether the polarity of input signal is correct; Use the comparison and exchange method to judge whether the control module is good.
3. The actuator oscillates frequently due to improper parameter setting of the regulating system
Solution: Improper parameter setting of the regulator will cause the system to oscillate to varying degrees. For a single loop regulation system, if the proportional band is too small, the integration time is too short, and the differential time and differential gain are too large, the system may oscillate. These parameters can be reasonably selected through system tuning to keep the loop at a stable speed.
4. The actuator motor heats rapidly, vibrates and crawls, and stops moving in a short time
Treatment method: measure whether the input terminal of control module is disturbed by AC with AC 2V voltage; Check whether the signal line is isolated from the power line; Whether the potentiometer and its wiring are in good condition; Whether the feedback component acts normally.
5. The actuator moves slowly in steps and crawls
Processing method: Check whether the signal action time from the operator is correct.
6. The actuator position feedback signal is too large or too small
Treatment method: check whether the "zero" and "travel" potentiometers are adjusted correctly; Replace the control module.
7. After the signal is applied, the actuator is fully open or closed, and the limit switch does not stop
Solution: Check whether the function selection switch of the control module is in the correct position; Whether the "zero" and "travel" potentiometers are adjusted correctly; Replace the control module.
8. Actuator vibrates and sounds
Treatment method: mainly because the sensitivity is adjusted too high, the insensitive area is too small and too sensitive, which causes the small circuit of the actuator to be unstable and produce oscillation. Adjust the sensitivity potentiometer counterclockwise to reduce the sensitivity; The fluid pressure changes too much, and the actuator thrust is insufficient; If the control valve is selected too large, the valve often works at a small opening.
9. The actuator acts abnormally, but the motor does not stop after the limit switch acts
Treatment method: check whether the limit switch and its wiring are faulty; Replace the control module.
10. The actuator belt is broken
Treatment method: check whether the internal transmission part of the actuator is damaged or stuck; Whether the "zero" and "travel" potentiometers are adjusted correctly; Check whether the limit switch is correct.
