1、 Attendance Scope

Attendance objects are government and public institution staff (including borrowed and employed staff).

2、 Attendance content

Attendance includes attendance (including office working days and business days) and absenteeism (including sick leave, personal leave and absenteeism).

3、 Attendance method

one Attendance is carried out by signing in on the attendance sheet with departments as the unit.

two The Secretary General, Deputy Secretary General, General Office Inspector and Deputy Inspector check in at the General Office; The director and deputy director of the research and committee office check on work attendance in their respective departments; The editorial director, deputy director, inspector and deputy inspector of the special committee check on work attendance in the office of the special committee.

If the reporting procedures are not fulfilled, the extended days will be treated as absenteeism.

The Secretary General's request for leave shall be reported to the Chairman for approval.

If it is necessary to ask for leave from meetings and activities organized by organs, the chairman of the special committee shall ask for leave from the chairman, and other department level cadres shall ask for leave from the secretary-general.

When cadres at the department level go out and cadres below the department level leave the province on public holidays, they shall go through the formalities of asking for leave and filing in accordance with the Notice on Strengthening the Reporting of Departure Leave of Leading Cadres of the Provincial People's Political Consultative Conference General Office.

5、 Attendance requirements

6、 Use of attendance results

one The attendance results serve as an important basis for the evaluation of government functionaries, annual assessment and cadre inspection.
