At the symposium, Zhang Qiyun introduced the survey situation, and the heads of relevant departments and special committees of the CPPCC Chongqing Municipal Committee exchanged speeches around the mechanism of institutional construction, service guarantee, party building, construction of cultural and historical museums and public institutions, members' performance service management, work of the Research Division, and key negotiation schemes generation.
Zhang Qiyun said that this was a very pragmatic forum and was very inspired. Some good experiences and practices of the CPPCC organs in Chongqing are worth learning from, and should be carefully sorted out and fully absorbed into specific work practices. It is hoped that both sides will strengthen exchanges, learn from each other, enhance friendship, deepen cooperation, further pool consensus, wisdom and strength, and help the high-quality economic and social development of the two places.
Qin Min welcomed Zhang Qiyun and his delegation, and introduced practical work measures such as the establishment of "Send for Reading", "CPPCC Work Information", and "Organ Exchange" journals by the CPPCC Municipal Committee, optimizing the generation mechanism of key consultation plans, comprehensively improving and strengthening the work of all links of consultation and deliberation, and stimulating the entrepreneurial enthusiasm of government officials.
