Protect and train inheritors of intangible cultural heritage

At present, the inheritors of intangible cultural heritage in our province are lack of talents and self-development, and the inheritors are important carriers and transmitters of intangible cultural heritage. We must protect and cultivate more inheritors of intangible cultural heritage. To this end, it is recommended that:
■ Establish a new model of inheritor training through multiple channels. The government guides the inheritors to cooperate with universities and vocational colleges to open interest classes and popularize intangible cultural heritage skills; Encourage public welfare cultural units and literary and artistic organizations to carry out various forms of intangible cultural heritage learning activities; Bring as many people as possible who are interested in the surplus labor force into the league to study.
■ Provide a professional protection team with reasonable structure. Two branches should be established “ Intangible Cultural Heritage ” The management team, one of which carries out the fixed process of finding out, writing materials, applying materials, archiving, etc., and the other investigates the basic living conditions of the inheritors, inheritance, and what help they need. We should rely on universities and research institutions to organize the general survey of intangible cultural heritage resources and establish a protection list.
■ Establish a diversified and sustainable special fund system. Adhere to and improve “ Government oriented and social participation ” Multi channel fund input mechanism: actively strive for national and provincial funds to support project protection and construction of experimental areas; Absorb social funds and encourage enterprises to participate in the protection of intangible cultural heritage; Give play to the role of financial institutions and special funds in the protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage.
■ make “ Intangible Cultural Heritage +” Mode to expand the consumption space of intangible cultural heritage skills. Intangible cultural heritage inheritance should keep pace with the times, integrate with the current mainstream, and develop “ Intangible Cultural Heritage + Travel? ” Industrial projects, creating “ Intangible Cultural Heritage + Cultural and creative ”“ Intangible cultural heritage+commerce ” The new model of integrated development will stimulate the masses, especially the youth, to love intangible cultural heritage.
■ Strengthen publicity and let “ Intangible Cultural Heritage ” Live. Carry out rich and diversified “ Intangible Cultural Heritage ” Exhibition and performance activities, relying on representative projects of intangible cultural heritage or traditional handicrafts, carry out intangible cultural heritage protection and inheritance, and drive local people to find jobs nearby.
