In 1982, he opened the accessories department in Gujiao, which was the first store opened by an individual in the history of Gujiao. He became the first person in Gujiao who "dared to eat crabs". Later, he set up Taiyuan Gujiao Mine Electromechanical Equipment Company and Gujiao Mine Electrical Appliance Factory. In 1998, Shanxi Yajia Electromechanical Group Co., Ltd., which integrates research and development, manufacturing, marketing and service of coal mine electromechanical products, was officially established. From 1994 to 2007, it was successively identified as a "designated electromechanical product manufacturer" by China Coal Products Group and China Coal Mine Work Safety Administration, It has successively obtained 48 national quality and safety production licenses and new generation self owned brand products. From 2007 to 2009, the company developed and obtained the national patent mining deep hole drill truck, which is mainly used for drilling equipment and construction of coal mine gas exploration, water exploration, fault detection and other operations, providing a strong guarantee for coal mine safety production. The Yajia Mechanical and Electrical Assembly Building built with self raised funds by the company has become an important base for innovation and entrepreneurship of small and medium-sized enterprises in the Biomedical and Mass Health Industry Investment Promotion Service Center of Shanxi Comprehensive Reform Zone after its opening in October 2020. The company has won many honors, such as brand product enterprises in Shanxi Province, excellent private enterprises in transformation and development in Taiyuan City, top 50 manufacturing enterprises in Taiyuan City, "Top 100 Taxpayers" enterprises in Taiyuan Private Economic Development Zone, meritorious enterprises in Taiyuan City, and national AAAA integrity enterprises.
