In order to effectively improve the management level of rural drinking water safety in our province, actively explore and innovate the operation and management mechanism of rural water supply, ensure the safe and standardized operation of rural drinking water, and promote the sustainable development of rural drinking water management in the province, Wang Liwei, vice chairman of the CPPCC Provincial Committee, led a team to Datong City from August 25 to 27 to carry out a supervisory survey around the "rural drinking water safety", Ding Wenlu, director of the Agriculture and Rural Affairs Commission, participated in the research activities together.
The research team took the methods of data review, random inspection, home visit, etc., and successively visited Hunyuan County, Datong City to check the rural drinking water project of Shizhuang Village, the drinking water project of Beiyulin Village, Huatai Lvkang Co., Ltd., Lingqiu County to check the rural drinking water project of Gucheng, Dayan centralized water supply project, and the drinking water project of Heilong River, Focusing on promoting the large-scale centralized water supply and pipe network extension project in rural areas, improving the operation management mechanism and water price formation mechanism of rural drinking water safety project, and paying attention to the protection of water sources, in-depth research was carried out. During the survey, the research team also made a special trip to visit Wen Liang, Wu Yun, Wang Haifeng and Wang Shaohua, four entrepreneur members, to learn about the operation of the member enterprises and the difficulties and problems faced by the current enterprises, and listen to the opinions and suggestions of the members.
At the symposium, the research group listened to the introduction of rural drinking water safety in Datong in detail, and conducted in-depth discussions and exchanges. Wang Liwei finally pointed out that we should deeply realize the importance and necessity of rural drinking water safety, actively explore the large-scale centralized water supply mode of "city leading countryside", summarize the experience and practice of government support to purchase market-oriented services, and lead the province in innovative management and informatization to promote water management and water use.
