Project Introduction

Hangzhou Wuzhou International Plaza is adjacent to Yuhang Tanghe River in the south, Gudun Road in the east and Yuhang Tang Road in the north, with a total investment of 340 million yuan and a total floor area of nearly 80000 square meters, including 33000 square meters of commercial area and about 30000 square meters of five-star hotel style office space. It is a preparatory project for a new round of ten key projects in Hangzhou.

Hangzhou Wuzhou International Plaza will focus on the development of modern service industry with the goal of creating "another commercial core area in the west of Hangzhou after Xicheng Shopping Plaza and Impression City Shopping Center". Century Lianhua, Huaying Tiandian Cinema and other large-scale commercial projects have been confirmed to sign contracts to settle in Hangzhou Wuzhou International Plaza.

Hangzhou Wuzhou International Plaza will be a comprehensive commercial flagship plaza and fashion shopping theme block integrating high-end brand supermarkets, fashion clothing stores, specialty restaurants, entertainment clubs, cinemas, bars, serviced apartments, etc.
