The May 4th Youth Medal of Shandong Province is the highest honor awarded by the Communist Youth League Shandong Provincial Committee and Shandong Youth Federation to outstanding young people in Shandong Province.

Among them, Su Kang, a member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Procurator General of the People's Procuratorate of Ningyang County, won the honor.

Su Kang graduated from Qingdao University in 2008. In the 12 years since he participated in the procuratorial work, Su Kang has always maintained the style of excellence, perseverance, courage to be the first, and consolidated his own procuratorial road.

He practiced the spirit of craftsmanship, conscientiously carried out quality supervision, strengthened system construction, drafted and formulated 16 rules and regulations, and constantly improved the level of judicial standardization. He was committed to work innovation, participated in the exploration and establishment of the new practice of standardized procuratorial suggestions to promote in the province, and two innovative projects won the provincial procuratorial organ innovation achievement award. He adhered to the belief in the rule of law, handled more than 400 cases, handled gang theft cases involving Guan and others, corrected 33 leakages, and urged the recovery of more than 3 million yuan of stolen goods, achieving good legal and social effects.

He was honored as a national model in case management of procuratorial organs, a "civil servant satisfied by the people" in Shandong Province, an outstanding prosecutor in Shandong Province, and was awarded the highest personal merit.
