On June 19, the theoretical learning center group of the party group of the provincial CPPCC organ held a special learning meeting. Li Jianqin, secretary-general of the CPPCC Provincial Committee and secretary of the Party Leadership Group, presided over the meeting and delivered a speech.

The meeting stressed that it is necessary to deeply study and accurately grasp the scientific connotation of Chinese style modernization, deeply understand the important statement of General Secretary Xi Jinping on the development of new quality productivity and the spirit of the fifth plenary session of the twelfth provincial party committee, and based on the reality of the CPPCC, identify the entry point and focus of work to boost the high-quality development and modernization of Sichuan. It is necessary to give full play to the advantages of the special consultative body of the CPPCC, innovate the working methods of contacting and visiting service members, build more platforms for communication, guide members of science, technology, economy and other sectors to strengthen exchanges and cooperation, promote the effective transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and hasten the birth of new industries. We should solidly promote the special action of "building a modern Sichuan with one heart", the activity of "I offer a strategy for high-quality development", deepen the creation of "one committee, one brand" and "one city (prefecture), one feature", and constantly improve the overall contribution rate of the CPPCC Service Center. The Party leading group of the organ should shoulder the political responsibility of comprehensively and strictly governing the Party. The members of the Party leading group should take the lead in the study and education of Party discipline in the fields in their charge and in the associated units, pay attention to the warning education, deepen the promotion of learning and discipline through cases, and promote the in-depth and practical study and education of Party discipline in the organ.

The meeting also learned the newly revised Learning Rules of the CPC Party Committee (Party Leadership Group) Theory Learning Center Group and the Law of the People's Republic of China on Guarding State Secrets.
