Xianhui, female, Hui nationality, was born in Dingxi, Gansu Province in March 1958. She started working in March 1975 and joined the Communist Party of China in December 1976. She graduated from the School of Management of Lanzhou University with an on-the-job postgraduate degree and a doctor's degree in management.
He is now Vice Chairman of the 14th CPPCC National Committee.
