Project background:
In January 2021, the Beijing Municipal Government issued the No. 1 document, "Implementation Opinions on Deepening the Special Action of" Relief, Rectification and Promotion "during the 14th Five Year Plan Period," which clearly pointed out that, in order to better serve the high-quality development of Beijing's industry, the first is to promote the relief and improvement of general industries, including general manufacturing, regional wholesale markets, regional logistics centers Traditional business services; The second is to promote the function of public services, including higher education, health care, etc. In the year of the special action, 25 million square meters of land were demolished, 3000 hectares of land were vacated, and 860 hectares were left blank for greening.
In 2022, the special action will enter a new stage, and the win-win cooperation of Beijing real estate industry will become a new trend. Our institute (the Chinese Academy of Mechanical Engineering) and its partners will help 823 high-quality enterprises in Beijing spill over to all parts of the country, most of which are high-quality manufacturing enterprises and scientific and technological achievements transformation projects, and some medical and educational institutions will also go to all parts of the country.
In 2023, according to relevant specific requirements, our institute is continuing to help Beijing enterprises to "strengthen the summit economy in Beijing and expand the hand economy in other places", to do a good job in bridging and linking the cross regional cooperation of Beijing's industries, on the one hand, to serve Beijing's high-quality enterprises to go global, to help cities in various regions develop high-quality green, on the other hand, to drive Beijing's high-end industries to become bigger and stronger, Help Beijing to build a core node of the domestic big cycle and a strategic hub of domestic and international double cycle.
