The scientific preparation of the 14th Five Year Plan series is of great significance for promoting high-quality development of Anning City and accelerating socialist modernization. In order to widely gather the wisdom of all sectors of society, mobilize the strength and resources of all parties, and enhance the scientificity of the plan, the leading group for the preparation of Anning's "14th Five Year Plan" entrusted the bidding agency to conduct competitive consultations on major topics and special plans of the "14th Five Year Plan".
After intense competition, consultation and selection, our institute was highly recognized by the judges and experts with its professional technical solutions, and finally won the bid of "Research on the Ideas and Countermeasures for Promoting High level Opening up in Anning during the 14th Five Year Plan", "Research on the Countermeasures for Promoting the Sustainable and Healthy Development of Private Economy and Stimulating the Market Vitality of Private Enterprises during the 14th Five Year Plan", "Research on the Strategies for Promoting the Sustainable and Healthy Development of Private Economy and Stimulating the Market Vitality of Private Enterprises during the 14th Five Year Plan" of Anning During this period, we will promote the supply side structural reform, accelerate the path and measures for the continuous transformation of new and old drivers, study on the path and mode innovation of the construction of a new smart city in Anning, and other four topics, as well as the 14th Five Year Plan for the Development of Modern Service Industry in Anning, the 14th Five Year Plan for the Development of Modern Logistics Industry in Anning, and the 14th Five Year Plan for Anning There are 7 special plans, including the modern agricultural development plan for plateau featured cities, the population development plan of Anning during the 14th Five Year Plan period, the development plan for renewable resources industry during the 14th Five Year Plan period, the civil affairs development plan during the 14th Five Year Plan period, and the development plan for the "education featured town construction" of Anning Vocational Education Base.
In order to complete this series of planning projects with high quality, a delegation led by Shi Feng, Executive Director of Shanghai Branch of our institute, went to Anning on April 5, 2020 to carry out a five-day field survey, during which they had in-depth discussions with the main leaders of relevant committees and offices of Anning Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, and exchanged views on issues such as the problems existing in Anning's industrial development and the development bottlenecks that are eager to break through. The relevant leaders of Anning City fully affirmed the business capability of our institute, and clearly put forward that we hope to take advantage of Zhizhong Mechanical Engineering Institute to deeply prepare the "14th Five Year Plan" series plan of Anning City, and guide the next step of Anning City construction from a strategic and professional perspective.
