Fees not included
Scenic spot tickets: tickets for tourist attractions. If a tour guide is required to accompany you, you need to pay for the tour guide tickets;
Overtime fee for tour guide: the tour guide's accompanying time is 9 hours, after which, 300 yuan/hour overtime fee shall be paid to the tour guide;
Accommodation fee: if you need to stay out of the city due to the trip, you should bear the accommodation fee for the tour guide, and the hotel fee already booked will not be refunded;
Dining: The cost of lunch and dinner shall be borne by the customer. The tour guide can provide recommendations;
Vehicle use timeout: the urban vehicle mileage is limited to 200km/day and cannot be accumulated. (If it exceeds the limit, it will be calculated as per 200USD/100km, and if it is less than 100km, it will be calculated as per 100km), and the tour guide will be paid. If you want to use the car outside the city, you need to inform our company and the tour guide in advance, and the extra costs will be borne by yourself;
All personal incidental expenses, including personal expenses such as laundry fees, telephone fees, pay TV, baggage handling fees, and tips arising from personal consumption;
Customs duties on entry-exit baggage, consignment fees and management fees for overweight baggage, etc.
Exhibition process
Exhibition conditions
1. The business license of a company that needs to be formally registered with the industry and commerce department shall be consistent with that of the exhibitor and within the validity period.
2. Exhibits should be related to the theme of the exhibition;
3. Having other conditions required by laws and regulations.
Booking process
1. Submit application: submit the exhibition application form to clarify the intention of participation/visit. Download the application form or ask the staff for it.
2. Acceptance of application: The application materials meet the requirements of the exhibition and will be accepted. (1-3 working days).
3. Booth selection: select the reserved booth according to the optional booth map.
4. Signing the contract: according to the booth price and defining their respective rights and obligations, both parties shall seal and sign the contract.
5. Payment: The payment shall be made according to the exhibition agreement after the booth is confirmed.

Exhibition process
1. Booth reservation: determine the exhibition booth and make payment.
2. Sample preparation: prepare the samples to be displayed at the exhibition site.
3. Logistics of exhibits: usually the logistics is ended 2 months before the exhibition, and most of them choose sea transportation.
4. Personnel visa: according to the issuing time of different countries, apply for visa at the latest one month before the extension.

Rights and obligations
1. If the exhibitor meets the legal conditions, the applicant shall have the right to know about the exhibition process.
2. The applicant enterprise has the right to request the implementation authority to explain and explain the disclosed content.
3. The applicant has the right to consult, inquire about the progress and complain in the process of handling.
4. The applicant enterprise has the right to apply for administrative litigation if it disagrees with the handling result during the handling process.
