Exhibition introduction

matters needing attention
1. Exhibitors who choose corner booths will be charged an additional 20% of the booth fee.
2. Exhibition procedures: fill in the exhibition application form and contract, stamp the official seal and mail or fax it to the organizing committee. Within five working days from the date of mailing or faxing the contract, the full amount or 50% deposit of the exhibition fee shall be transferred to the organizing committee by telegraphic transfer.
3. Booth allocation principle: "first apply, first pay, first arrange". After remitting various fees, the exhibitor must fax the bank remittance to the organizing committee for verification. The organizing committee will arrange the booth according to the principle of "three first". The organizing committee will determine the booth from the exhibiting company only after receiving the fee.
4. If the exhibiting company terminates the exhibition contract halfway, the exhibition fees paid to our company will be regarded as liquidated damages.
