Introduction
As a brand exhibition with a long history and a large scale in the industry, "National Crafts Fair" has been successfully held for 55 times since its establishment in 1974. Every year, tens of thousands of professional buyers and visitors come to the conference to visit and place orders, with the total amount of orders each session reaching billions of yuan, which has formed a wide influence in the industry. At the same time, we are also actively planning to integrate with new media, and use the advantages of the network to market our excellent products in various countries and connect with the world.
Exhibition theme: National Crafts Fair; Display and order of simulation plants and accessories.
Scope of exhibits
Simulated flowers, simulated trees, artificial lawns, wedding props, festive supplies, beauty and Chen props, gardening sets, raw materials and accessories, vase and flower ware, rattan art, iron art, mechanical equipment, sculpture crafts, lacquerware, jewelry, metal crafts, drawwork embroidery, carpets and tapestries, art ceramics, four treasures of the study, folk crafts, natural plant fiber weaving crafts Arts and crafts flower paintings, arts and crafts gifts, tourist souvenirs, etc.
participation fee
1. Booth fee: 9800 yuan/booth (including 10300 yuan/booth with double openings)
Standard booth configuration: two spotlights, one negotiation table, two chairs, one Chinese lintel, 9 square meter carpet, and one 500 watt power socket.
2. Indoor bare ground: 990 yuan/square meter (starting from 36 square meters, excluding any facility fees; the exhibition hall will charge the exhibitors special decoration management fees per square meter, and charge the electricity charge according to the applied electricity, see the exhibition guide for details).
（2） Preferential conditions
1. For enterprises that have participated in the "Spring Exhibition (Nanchang) of the 58th Fair", the booth fee of each booth will be reduced by 1500 yuan, and the amount of discount will be subject to the number of exhibitors in Nanchang Fair.
2. For enterprises that have participated in the "58th Fair Autumn Exhibition (Ningbo)", the booth fee of each booth will be reduced by 1500 yuan, and the amount of discount will be subject to the number of participants in Ningbo Exhibition.
3. Enterprises that have participated in the "58th Fair Spring Exhibition (Nanchang)" and "58th Fair Autumn Exhibition (Ningbo)" will enjoy 1000 yuan more discount per booth on the basis of the above preferential terms of booth fees. That is to say, the discount for each booth is 2500 yuan, and the amount of discount is subject to the number of participants in Ningbo Expo.
4. If the same enterprise applies for more than 4 booths (including 4 booths), the booth fee of each booth will be reduced by 1000 yuan.
5. The booth fee of each booth in the Arts and Crafts Museum will be reduced by 2500 yuan.
6. Only one of the above 1-5 preferential policies can be enjoyed.
Note: All exhibitors should carefully check the actual number of exhibitors of each exhibition.
Registration method:
1. Please contact the provincial arts and crafts association to register.
2. All exhibitors must pay 50% of the total booth fee as deposit or pay the full booth fee before October 1, 2023. No booth can be reserved for the overdue payment.
3. The deadline for payment of the remaining balance payment is January 26, 2024.
4. The deadline for exhibition registration is February 1, 2024.
5. Please consult each provincial arts and crafts association for specific booth distribution.
6. In order to improve the exhibition effect, enhance the exhibition experience, facilitate buyers to quickly and accurately visit the exhibition, and improve the docking rate of supply and demand resources, the exhibitors are requested to classify the exhibitors according to the categories of simulated flowers, simulated trees, simulated grass, simulated leaves, wedding supplies, gardening supplies, flower utensils, mechanical equipment, raw materials and auxiliary materials.
