2024 World Robot Conference (Beijing) Expo
The World Robotics Conference is an international event in the field of robotics approved by the State Council, sponsored by the Beijing Municipal People's Government, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the China Association for Science and Technology, and undertaken by the China Electronics Society and other units. The conference received the cordial care and careful guidance from the Party Central Committee and the State Council. Comrade Xi Jinping sent a congratulatory letter to the first conference, and Cai Qi, Liu He, Wan Gang, Liu Yandong, Ma Kai, Han Qide and other comrades attended the conference.
Since 2015, the World Robotics Conference has been successfully held for eight times. The conference integrates three major segments, namely, forum, expo, and contest, as well as a series of supporting activities. It is the largest robot event in China, with the highest specifications, and the richest international elements. It has become an important bridge linking technology and industry, promoting R&D and application, and connecting China and the world.
The 2024 World Robotics Conference was held in Beijing in August. This conference has four sections: forum, expo, competition and theme activities. The forum consists of 5 Catholic forums, more than 20 special forums and opening and closing ceremonies. The Expo is arranged according to the "3+C" system: "3" is the three exhibition areas of industrial robots, service robots and special robots, and "C" is the innovation exhibition area, focusing on logistics robots, unmanned aerial vehicles, robot bodies, key parts, cutting-edge achievements and first new products in the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain and related fields. More than 100 enterprises and scientific research institutions participated with more than 500 products. The robot competition consists of four events, namely, the Inclusive Robot Challenge, BCI Brain Control Robot Competition, Robot Application Competition and Teenager Robot Design Competition, with about 1000 participants competing on the spot. The conference invited world famous enterprises, universities and scientific research institutions in the field of robotics to focus on displaying new scientific research achievements, application products and solutions in the field of robotics in the world, so as to provide an international industrial exchange platform for China's robot industry. The exhibition area will reach 50000 square meters.
Main activities of the conference:
The 2024 World Robotics Conference will have four sections: forum, expo, contest and theme activity; It covers the global robot industry policy and strategic planning, the latest research progress in academia, cutting-edge application exploration, technology wind release, industrial development blueprint, etc. It will comprehensively display the robot industry application and research results, and discuss with global elites the evolution pattern of the robot industry under the wind of artificial intelligence.
Forums: 5 Catholic Forums, more than 20 theme forums, opening and closing ceremonies;
Expo: 50000 square meters, including industrial robots, service robots, artificial intelligence, etc;
Competition: China UAV Open Final, BCI Brain Control Robot Competition, Fighting Robot Competition, etc;
Theme activities: technical trend conference, robot micro film selection, robot shopping festival, etc.
