Introduction
In June 2020, the Overall Plan for the Construction of Hainan Free Trade Port announced that e-commerce, as a modern service industry, has also been included as an important part of the construction of Hainan Free Trade Port and the construction of a modern industrial system. In order to thoroughly implement the "14th Five Year Plan" and the "Overall Plan for the Construction of Hainan Free Trade Port", Hainan International E-Commerce Expo and Hainan International Cross border E-Commerce Trade Expo (referred to as "Hainan Cross Expo") came into being. The first exhibition is based in Hainan, facing the world, adhering to the principles of government guidance, market-oriented operation and professional exhibition, with the theme of "focusing on trade and investment liberalization and facilitation, helping the development of e-commerce industry clusters", gathering the resources of the entire industry chain of e-commerce industry, optimizing the supply of domestic market, and creating a new highland for opening up to the outside world.
The 2023 Second Hainan Cross border Expo will strive to integrate the rapidly developing new e-commerce and cross-border e-commerce ecological chain resources, provide high-quality suppliers and service providers for cross-border platforms and sellers, and create the only trading event in Hainan Province that integrates new social retail e-commerce and cross-border e-commerce product supply with the whole industrial chain.
