Exhibition introduction:
The Hong Kong Outdoor and Technological Lighting Exhibition was hosted by the Hong Kong Trade and Development Council, one day later than the Hong Kong Autumn Lighting Exhibition. In the last exhibition, 420 exhibitors exhibited the latest products and technologies, with the scale increasing by 40% over the previous year, attracting 10939 industry buyers from 116 countries and regions. The organizer is committed to building the exhibition into a professional outdoor and scientific lighting exposition, and has made in-depth work in exhibition layout, exhibition content, review of exhibitors, invitation of buyers, etc., and achieved remarkable results.
The conference organized 76 buyer groups to visit the Hong Kong International Autumn Lighting Exhibition and the "Outdoor Lighting and Lighting Accessories World", and gathered more than 4000 high-quality buyers from 27 countries and regions to purchase, including France's Colinter, India's Future Group, Japan's Tokyo Interior Corporation MITRE 10 in New Zealand and Hesham ElSewedy Trading in Saudi Arabia.

Exhibition introduction:
The 21st Hong Kong International Autumn Lighting Show hosted by the Hong Kong Trade and Development Council was held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Center from October 27 to 30, 2019. The Hong Kong Trade and Development Council set up a new exhibition area of "Outdoor Lighting and Lighting Accessories World" at the Asia International Expo last year, further creating a more professional international lighting procurement platform.
There were 2724 high-quality exhibitors from 38 countries and regions in the last autumn lighting exhibition, breaking the record over the years. Australia, Bahrain, Bermuda, Canada, Egypt, Greece, Russia, American Samoa and South Africa were the countries that participated in the S exhibition. The main exhibition categories include LED lighting, commercial lighting, home lighting, environmental lighting, outdoor lighting, and lighting management, design and technology.
In terms of buyers, 38000 people from 147 countries and regions attended the conference to purchase. In addition, 69 procurement delegations from 60 countries and regions visited, including nearly 4200 buyers from all over the world and more than 2800 companies.
This year, the famous lamp gallery located in Hall 1 attracted more than 650 world-famous lighting brands, including BJB, Philips, Star, EGLO, Ford, Lumileds, Neo Neon, Ledus, Megaman, etc. The "LED and environmental lighting" exhibition area gathers more than 1100 exhibitors to display various LED lamps and innovative environmental protection and energy saving technologies. And smart home and smart office are becoming more and more popular, and the demand for remote control lighting system is also rising. In another key exhibition area, "Smart Lighting and Lighting Scheme", exhibitors will bring new lighting control and intelligent lighting system design scheme. Other theme exhibition areas include advertising lighting, commercial lighting, home lighting, testing and verification services. In order to match the current buyers' procurement mode of "single density and small quantity", this autumn lantern show continues to set up a "small batch procurement area", with more than 150 counters displaying more than 1400 small batch products, and the maximum procurement volume is from 5 to 1000 pieces.
Other product areas include commercial lighting, home lighting, lighting accessories and parts, lighting management, design and technology, outdoor lighting, and trade services and publications.
As a platform for information exchange, a series of workshops, seminars and sharing sessions were held during the Autumn Lighting Exhibition to discuss many popular topics in the lighting industry. At several seminars held on the opening day of the exhibition, representatives of Osram, Beghelli, OptiLED and Philips delivered insights on solid state lighting and energy conservation. Through the workshop, participants discussed the regulation of LED and energy-saving lamps. In addition, Guan Yongquan, a well-known interior lighting designer, was invited to host a sharing meeting to share experience with other lighting designers and industry insiders.
In view of the growing emphasis on design in the lighting industry, the 4th Hong Kong Lighting Design Competition was held in particular, and the award-winning works of the student group and the open group were exhibited at the meeting, revealing the design talents of the new young designers in Hong Kong. In addition, the product promotion and release area provides a good opportunity for enterprises to demonstrate their products for buyers to observe in detail. Many exhibitors have seized this opportunity to introduce the latest products to interested buyers and explore business opportunities.
