[Exhibition procedures]
1. Exhibitors should fill in the Exhibition Application Form in detail and fax it or send it to the organizing committee of the conference after affixing the official seal.
2. The enterprise shall remit the exhibition fees to the account designated by the organizing committee of the conference within 5 working days after registration, so as to determine the booth;
3. Booths, advertisements, etc. shall be arranged by the organizing committee in a unified way. "First apply, first pay, first allocate", and the co organizers can give priority to the arrangement.,
4. If the registered exhibitors cannot participate in the exhibition due to their own reasons, the fees paid will not be returned, and the booth reserved will be handled by the organizer at its sole discretion;
5. Obey the overall layout of the exhibition, and the organizer has the right to adjust the position of individual booths when necessary. The organizer can delay or cancel the exhibition due to irresistible factors such as natural disasters, government actions, social abnormal events, etc.
6. Special note: It is strictly prohibited to sublet or resell the booth. It is not allowed to display counterfeit and infringing products, retail exhibits or sell other goods in the exhibition hall.
