The guidance report explained the significance of the revision of the Regulations, the situation and main characteristics of the new revision of the Regulations, combined with relevant cases, analyzed and interpreted the new revisions and key regulations of the General Provisions and the Specific Provisions of the Regulations, and put forward clear requirements for learning and implementation.
The meeting required that the Party organizations of all departments and units of the Working Committee should earnestly fulfill their main responsibilities, strictly implement the task requirements of collective learning and individual self-study in the reading class, focus on the goal of Party discipline learning and education, make plans to arrange the learning of their own departments and units, organize the Party members and cadres to learn from the original, systematic and in-depth learning, and link with practice, so as to achieve brain immersion and deep understanding, Ensure that the reading class is of high quality and effective.
The meeting stressed that the leading cadres of Party members, especially the main responsible comrades of all departments and units, should play the role of "key minority" and model, take the lead in learning, discussion, publicity and guidance, and promote the formation of a good atmosphere for learning and implementation.
