Recently, the Working Committee of Ningbo Municipal Government Organs issued the Action Plan on Building High Quality Organ Culture Highland in the New Era (2024-2026) (hereinafter referred to as the Action Plan) to deploy the promotion of organ culture construction.
The Action Plan focuses on carrying forward the spirit of the times, uniting the progressive force, and improving the efficiency of the organs. It insists on building the soul, educating the people, developing the industry, and embodying the heart with culture, and constantly consolidates the common ideological basis for the cadres and workers of the organs to be the pioneers and write a new chapter, so as to help build a modern coastal metropolis at a high level.
The Action Plan proposes that, guided by the construction of the "Binhai Red Sail" cultural brand of the organ, we should persist in arming people with advanced theories, encouraging people with scientific mechanisms, restricting people with strict discipline, and cultivating people with a good environment. We should focus on the deployment and cultivation of the political culture, moral culture, the culture of striving for the first, the culture of dedication, the culture of calligraphy, the culture of pragmatism, the culture of warming the heart The "eight cultural forms" of integrity culture strive to build the city's organs into loyal organs with a clear political stance and a service center that considers the overall situation by 2026, an organ that practices its mission, stresses responsibility, selflessly contributes to the people, focuses on unity, blazes new trails and seeks development, and a warm heart organ that is people-oriented, caring and harmonious, It is a clean and honest organ that is just and upright and cultivates itself.
At the same time, the Action Plan requires to timely summarize the good experience and good practices of the cultural construction of the organs, summarize and refine the latest achievements, establish a regular demonstration and promotion mechanism, timely exchange and copy, promote the "bonsai" on the spot to become a "landscape" on the surface, and highlight the achievements of the construction.
