In accordance with the relevant regulations on the public selection of civil servants by the central authorities, we hereby notify the central and state organ working committees of the matters related to the public selection of civil servants for interview as follows:
1、 List of interviewees
According to the written test scores from high to low, the interviewees are determined according to the ratio of 5:1. The list of interviewees is as follows (in order of admission card number):
2、 Interview confirmation
Candidates who enter the interview should send an email to zzgwgbc@126.com To confirm whether to participate in the interview, the relevant requirements are as follows:
1. Candidates participating in the interview should fill in the Basic Information Form for the Public Selection of Civil Servants by the Central and State Organ Working Committees (Annex 1, please attach your recent color one inch bareheaded electronic photo) and send an e-mail to zzgwgbc@126.com The email was titled "××× confirmed to participate in the interview of civil servants selected by the central and state organ working committees". If there is any change in the mailing address, contact information and other information filled in during online registration, it shall be explained in the body of the email.
2. Candidates who give up the interview should fill in the Declaration of Giving up Interview Qualifications (Annex 2), and scan and send it to zzgwgbc@126.com 。 Those who fail to submit the waiver statement within the specified time and fail to attend the interview due to personal reasons will be reported to the central competent department of civil servants depending on the circumstances and recorded in the integrity file.
3. If it is not confirmed within the time limit, it shall be deemed as giving up automatically and no longer entering the interview procedure.
3、 Qualification review
Candidates participating in the interview should send the scanned copies of the following materials to zzgwgbc@126.com 。
1. ID card;
2. Written examination permit;
3. Application recommendation form (stamped with the official seal of the organization and personnel department of the unit, and indicating the contact person and contact information);
4. Obtained education and degree certificates of all stages;
5. Relevant work experience materials required for the position. The relevant materials shall indicate the name of the unit, the start and end date of the work, the rank position, the grass-roots work experience, the work content, the contact person of the organization and personnel department, the contact number and address, and shall be stamped with the official seal of the organization and personnel department of the unit;
6. Xeroxed copies of the Civil Servant Registration Form or the Registration Form of Administrative Organs (Units) with Reference to the Civil Servant Law affixed with the official seal of the organization and personnel department (front and back copies);
7. The original of the appointment document of the current post (if the original is not available, the copy with the official seal of the organization and personnel department shall be provided) and the copy of the Approval Form for Cadre Appointment and Removal with the official seal of the organization and personnel department (front and back copies).
The above materials must be clearly scanned, and those without scanning conditions can also be photographed. Each document is named with "serial number+position code+name+document name", and placed in the folder of "position code+name", which is compressed and sent by mail.
Candidates shall be responsible for the authenticity of the materials provided. If the materials are incomplete or the main information is untrue, which affects the qualification review results, the interview qualification will be canceled. In addition, on-site qualification review will be carried out before the psychological test. At that time, candidates should prepare the original and copies of the above materials.
4、 Interview arrangement
The interview will take the form of on-site interview.
（1） Check in place

（2） Interview time
1. Psychological test: Starting at 9:30 a.m. on March 21, 2024, candidates should arrive at the registration place before 9:00 a.m. Candidates who do not arrive at the registration place by 9:00 will be deemed as having given up and will be disqualified for the interview.
2. Job proficiency test: starting at 1:30 p.m. on March 21, 2024.
3. Interview: 8:30 a.m. on March 22, 2024. Candidates should arrive at the registration place before 8:00 a.m. and be guided by the staff to participate in the interview.
5、 Physical examination and inspection
（1） Calculation method of comprehensive scores
Comprehensive score=written examination score × 50%+interview score × 35%+position and business level test score × 15%.
（2） Determination of candidates for physical examination and investigation
If the ratio between the number of interviewees and the number of selection plans reaches 3:1 or above, the candidates for physical examination and investigation shall be determined in the order of comprehensive scores from high to low; If the proportion is lower than 3:1, the examinee's interview score should reach the average score of all the interviewers who use the same interview question book in their interviewers' group before entering the physical examination and inspection.
（3） Physical examination
The specific time and place of physical examination will be notified separately (the physical examination must be on an empty stomach). Physical examination personnel shall carry: my ID card and two recent one inch bareheaded color photos of myself. Candidates who practice fraud or conceal the truth in the process of physical examination, which results in distorted physical examination results, will be disqualified once verified.
（4） Inspection
Individual conversation, field visit, strict review of personnel files, inquiry of personal credit records, personal interview and other methods are adopted. This organ implements the differential investigation, and the ratio of the investigated candidates to the planned number of candidates is 2:1. According to the examination results, psychological tests, physical examination results and investigation conditions, the candidates are selected according to the principle of suitability of personnel and posts.
6、 Precautions
1. In the morning of March 21, please bring the original and copy of qualification review materials. During the interview or inspection, if the application information is found to be untrue, the candidate will be disqualified from selection, and the situation will be reported to the central competent department of civil servants for filing according to relevant regulations.
2. Transportation route: You can take Metro Line 6 or Line 8 and get off at Nanluoguxiang Station, then walk 800 meters east to the back street of Art Museum.
