On April 11, the 20th committee meeting and theoretical seminar of the organ special committee of the National Party Construction Research Association was held in Changsha. The meeting pointed out that 2022 is the year when the 20th CPC National Congress is held successfully. The organ special committee of the National Party Construction Research Association thoroughly studied and implemented Xi Jinping's thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era, highlighted the meeting of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the study and implementation of the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, persevered in the implementation of the spirit of the important speech of General Secretary Xi Jinping at the party building work conference of the central and state organs, centered on the center and served the overall situation, We organized and carried out research and discussion activities on the subject of party building in the organs. The meeting stressed that 2023 is the first year to comprehensively implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and an important year to start building a socialist modern country in an all-round way. We should thoroughly study and implement Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and the spirit of the Twentieth National Congress of the Communist Party of China, more deeply understand the decisive significance of the "two establishment", take the lead in achieving the "two maintenance", and more consciously use Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era to guide the research work of party building in organs, Always maintain a high degree of consistency with the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core in ideology, politics and action. In accordance with the deployment of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, we will carry out in-depth thematic education, unswervingly use Xi Jinping's Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era to forge the soul, and use Xi Jinping's World View Methodology of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era to guide the research work of party building in the organs. We will strive to achieve tangible results in forging the soul, increasing wisdom, improving the style, and promoting work through learning. We should focus on upholding and strengthening the centralized and unified leadership of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) to strengthen the political construction of the Party, forge strong and powerful grass-roots party organizations in the organs, rectify the conduct, eliminate discipline and fight corruption with a strict tone, improve the system of comprehensively and strictly governing the Party, and comprehensively improve the quality of research on party building in the organs. We should vigorously promote the trend of investigation and research, dare to understand the real situation, dare to reflect the real problems, dare to put forward suggestions, strengthen the research and interpretation of major theoretical and practical issues of party building in the new era, and constantly improve the research level of party building in the organs.
The meeting passed the work report of the special committee of the organ and the report on the use of funds in 2022, and commended the excellent research results of party building in 2022. Hunan, Henan, Shanxi, Shanghai and other committee members made exchange speeches at the meeting. A total of 150 people attended the meeting, including members of the organ special committee of the National Party Construction Research Association, representatives of member units, as well as responsible comrades of some central and state organ departments' party committees and local and municipal organ working committees. More than 130 people, including responsible comrades of Hunan provincial units and the party committees of the central resident party and government organs, and responsible comrades of municipal and prefectural organ working committees, attended the meeting as nonvoting delegates.
