Keep in mind the spirit of the General Secretary's important instructions at all times, firmly shoulder the political responsibility of protecting people's health and the mission of the times, adhere to the leadership of party building, give full play to the role of vanguard and model in the whole industry and system, and lead the national disease control system to implement the decisions and arrangements of the Party Central Committee and the State Council on disease prevention and control in the "first mile" and the "last mile", We will firmly build the first barrier to protect people's health.
（2） Stand firm with the people and prevent and control major diseases. The work of disease control is political, social and professional. It covers a wide range of areas, has long battle lines, and has many urgent, difficult and dangerous tasks. The comrades in the overall situation firmly establish the concept of "choosing dedication when choosing disease control, and choosing public health when choosing public health", and firmly stand on the people's position. In recent years, the Bureau's Party Branch has focused on major diseases that seriously endanger the lives and health of the people, focused on key areas such as deep poverty and key groups such as "one old and one young", actively promoted disease prevention and control, faithfully performed their duties and took on their responsibilities, gradually standardized the social psychological service and psychological crisis intervention system, and maintained a stable environmental health work system.
（3） Strive to overcome difficulties and win epidemic prevention and control. In the face of the sudden COVID-19 epidemic, the epidemic prevention and control team of the joint prevention and control mechanism of the State Council took the lead in the overall situation, resolutely implemented the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions and instructions on winning the people's war, the overall war, and the war of resistance against the epidemic, insisted on "the epidemic situation is the order, and prevention and control is the responsibility", and insisted that "success does not have to be in me, success must be in me" We are eager to take the initiative, go ahead day and night, shoulder the burden bravely, learn while doing with excellent professional quality and learning ability, race against the virus and seize the opportunity to fight the epidemic, so that everyone can fight when they hear the news, and form a strong iron army for epidemic prevention and control. Since the epidemic prevention and control, the whole country has attended more than 100 meetings and conferences, handled tens of thousands of official documents, printed and distributed 7 versions of the prevention and control plan, prepared more than 130 prevention and control guidelines, trained 3 million professionals, received 2800 public hotline inquiries, and more than 20 party members have successively gone to Wuhan and other first line anti epidemic activities, with a total time of more than 1100 days. Before the transition to normalized prevention and control, the global comrades did not rest for a day. They insisted on not leaving the line of fire with minor injuries and sticking to their posts with illness. They earnestly implemented the original mission of protecting people's health every day and night in the fight against the epidemic, which was vividly written on the vast land of China, such as Wuhan, Jilin, Shulan, Beijing, Xinjiang, Dalian, Shijiazhuang, Heilongjiang, and so on.

Two party members and comrades in the bureau won the honorary titles of National Advanced Individual in Combating COVID-19 and National March 8th Red Bannerman respectively.
