The working committees of the central and state organs are dispatched by the Party Central Committee, which uniformly leads the work of the Party in all departments of the central and state organs.
（1） Organize, plan and deploy the work of the Party in the central and state organs in a unified way, put forward opinions and suggestions on strengthening and improving Party building, study and formulate work plans, and organize and implement them.
（2） To guide the Party's political, ideological, organizational, style and discipline building in the central and state organs, and to put system building through it, so as to further advance the fight against corruption.
（3） To guide Party organizations at all levels of the central and state organs and Party members to study Marxism Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory, the important thought of "Three Represents", the Scientific Outlook on Development, and Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.
（4） Supervise and inspect the implementation of the Party building responsibility system and the observance of political discipline and rules by Party organizations and leading cadres of Party members at all levels of the central and state organs, and report to the Party Central Committee.
（5） To guide the Party organizations at all levels of the Central Committee and state organs to supervise and manage Party members, especially the leading cadres of Party members, and report the situation of the leading groups and cadres of all departments to the Central Committee of the Party in a timely manner.
（6） Cooperate with the relevant departments of the central government to do a good job in the ideological and political construction of the leading groups of the central and state organs, participate in the supervision, inspection and guidance of the democratic life meeting of party members and leading cadres and the study of the theoretical study center group of the party group (party committee) of the central ministries and the ministries and commissions of the state organs, learn about the situation, and submit the situation report as required.
（7） Urge and guide the Party committees of the central and state organs to change their terms of office on schedule, examine and approve the request for instructions on the convening of a party meeting or a party congress, and examine and approve the composition of the leadership of the Party committees and discipline inspection commissions of the central and state organs, as well as the appointment and removal of secretaries and deputy secretaries.
（8） Guide Party organizations at all levels to strengthen the construction of grass-roots organizations and do a good job in the development, education and management of Party members.
（9） To lead the Party discipline inspection work of the Central Committee and all departments and organs of the state.
（10） Understand and master the ideological status of the central and state organ staff, and guide the party organizations at all levels of the central and state organs to strengthen ideological and political work and spiritual civilization construction.
（11） To lead the work of the trade unions, the Communist Youth League, women's federations and other mass organizations of the central and state organs, and guide Party organizations at all levels of the central and state organs to do a good job of the Party's mass work and the united front work.
（12） To guide the Party building work of national social organizations such as trade associations and chambers of commerce.
（13） Cooperate with relevant departments to guide, plan, coordinate, supervise and inspect the education and training of cadres of the central and state organs, and train leading cadres of party members and party affairs cadres at the central and state organ bureau level in rotation.
（14） Assist relevant departments to coordinate with the central government and various departments of state organs in maintaining stability, retired cadres and aging.
（15） Complete other tasks assigned by the CPC Central Committee.
