Rule interpretation

1. Application rules
To apply for becoming a new official of Qiniu Cloud, you must meet the following conditions: personal real name certification, non Qiniu (former) employees, and non Qiniu agents.
2. Customer Association Rules
New tweeters attract customers to visit the promotion link registration/login account by sharing exclusive promotion links. Customers establish a 30 day association period with new tweeters. Promoters of all orders purchased by customers during the association period can receive commission rebate rewards. At the end of the association period, the customer will terminate the association relationship with the promoter.

Note: New customers shall not be the same person as promoters and registered users of Qiniu, and the determination conditions include registered email, mobile phone number, authentication information, IP and other information. Qiniu will eliminate the reward of commission rebate for orders from fellow customers.
3. Reward calculation rules
Orders in the associated period: orders purchased by customers in the associated period with new tweeters. The reward calculation will calculate the reward amount based on the actual payment amount of the customer's purchase order in the associated period (i.e. the cash payment part, excluding the deduction of vouchers) and the current corresponding commission rebate ratio of the new promotion officer, and distribute the reward in installments.
4. Reward distribution
Qiniu Cloud will pay rewards for the last month from the 1st to the 6th of each month. The rewards are expected to be paid to the promoter's bank card account within 5 working days, subject to the bank arrival time.
