FROG-0 Factory boundary VOC monitor It is mainly composed of MEMS micro preconcentration unit, PID detector, injection device, main control unit, auxiliary device, etc. The sample is sucked into the instrument by the sampling pump, adsorbed by the preconcentration unit, periodically heated by the instrument to desorb the VOC gas in the preconcentration unit, and sent to the highly sensitive PID detector to detect the gas concentration. The configured working software can monitor the signal curve in real time. Because the gas has been preconcentrated, the detection sensitivity has been greatly improved to 0.05 ppb. The concentration calculation of the instrument is based on the signal difference, effectively eliminating the zero drift problem. The sampling and preconcentration process can be set by software, and the instrument is highly intelligent
