In addition, she gave priority to "4050" laid-off workers, taught them technology and encouraged them to start their own businesses.
After many investigations and careful preparations, she marched "Flower cake" characteristic steamed bread production industry. The establishment of Chengyang Dingjifeng Food Factory filled the gap in Chengyang District and helped the rural revitalization. In 2019, its flower cake won the third prize of the first "Rural Revitalization" flower cake contest in Qingdao, and was publicized by many media in the island city.
