In the 32nd round of the Bundesliga, Bayern Munich defeated Werder Bremen 1-0 away, scored 76 points in one more round, leading Dortmund by up to 10 points, and won the Bundesliga championship two rounds ahead of schedule, which was the eighth consecutive time that Bayern won the Bundesliga championship.
With this championship, Muller and Alaba of Bayern won their ninth Bundesliga championship, equalling the Bundesliga championship record held by legendary Bayern star Ribery.
In the summer of 2007, Ribery joined Bayern Munich from Marseille and won the 2007/08 Bundesliga championship with the team. Since then, Ribery won the 2009/10 Bundesliga championship together with Mueller, Alaba and other teammates, and helped the team complete the seventh consecutive Bundesliga championship in 2012-2019.
Before leaving the team last summer, Ribery became the first player in history to win the Bundesliga championship for nine times. Today, Muller and Alaba also joined him.
