According to German media Bild, if any player of the German team is injured during the preparation for the European Cup, Gruda and Reitz will be the candidates for the European Cup.

According to the previous news from the German Football Association, the German team will train in Brankenhein from May 26 to 31 local time. Germany U21 players Gruda (Mainz forward) and Leitz (Menxing midfielder) will also train with the German national team.

Bild reported that if the German international was injured in the preparation for the European Cup, then Mainz striker Gruda and Menxing midfielder Reitz would be the candidates for Germany to participate in the European Cup.

Nagelsmann must report his official 26 person list to UEFA before June 7.
