Recently, our news agency found that some media reported Zhang Ruliang's words and deeds as "deputy editor of the newspaper of the organ directly under the National Development and Reform Commission", saying that he wrote and disseminated various policy interpretation articles and "won four awards from the organ", "promoted the construction of editorial offices and journalists of the propaganda unit directly under the National Development and Reform Commission", etc. In order to avoid further expansion of adverse effects, we hereby solemnly declare as follows:

1、 The above reports in some media are seriously untrue. The National Development and Reform Commission has no "organ newspaper directly under it", and the reported identity and related words and deeds of Zhang Ruliang have nothing to do with our news agency and the National Development and Reform Commission. Our news agency reminds relevant units and individuals to beware of being cheated.

2、 For relevant violations, we reserve the right to take civil litigation, administrative reporting, criminal reporting and other measures, seriously investigate legal responsibilities when necessary, and resolutely safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of our agency and the National Development and Reform Commission.
