In April 2024, the Report Center of the Central Cyber Information Office will guide the reporting departments at all levels of the country and major website platforms to accept 20078000 illegal and bad information reported by Internet users, such as pornography, gambling, infringement, rumors, with an increase of 8.3% month on month and 14% year on year. Among them, the Central Cyberspace Office Report Center accepted 426000 reports, up 2.7% month on month and down 42.5% year on year; Local online trust reporting departments accepted 1.511 million reports, up 46.7% month on month and 204% year on year; Major websites and platforms across the country accepted 18.14 million reports, up 6.2% month on month and 10.8% year on year.

Among the reports accepted by major website platforms nationwide, the number of reports accepted by major commercial website platforms accounted for 92.2%, reaching 16.731 million.

At present, major websites and platforms across the country are constantly unblocking reporting channels, accepting and handling reports from netizens. We welcome netizens to actively participate in the comprehensive governance of the network and jointly maintain the clean cyberspace.
