　　 Introduction to Edit Panel

Double click the program to enter the main interface. You can enter the editing interface in three ways:

1. Select a proportion and click "New Project" to create a new project;

2. Click "Open Project" to open the project file you saved before,;

3. Open the recently edited project in the Project Library, and enter the project file name to search.

1. Media library: You can find all media files here, including video clips, photos and music. There are also transitions and special effects that can be used in the project.

2. Preview window: The preview window displays the videos in the timeline. The start position of playing is displayed in the time box at the lower right corner. You can enter a new time to jump to a specific time point in the video. At the same time, you can see the screen capture button, which can save the full resolution still frame and automatically add it to the media library as an image.

3. Toolbar: The toolbar allows you to quickly use various editing operations. You can zoom in and out of the project view on the timeline, and you can access various tools, such as Split and Governor.

4. Timeline: Timeline is the place where media fragments are assembled into video projects.

　　 How to download, install, upgrade Uninstall software ？

If you have not installed Meow Studio, please click the button below to download it. Select Mac or Windows according to the operating system, and then follow the instructions to complete the installation process.

　　 Register/log in to Meow Studio account

After installing the program, select Open or New Project.

Click the avatar icon in the upper right corner of the interface, and then use your mobile phone number to register an account and set a password. You can use your account to use products, download special effects and purchase members.

Note: If you do not register a Meow factory account, you will not be able to use the product normally.

　　 Update Meow Studio

There are two ways to keep the Meow Studio up to date: automatically check for updates and manually check for updates. Follow these steps to automatically check for updates:

Select Preferences or Files from the top menu.

Change the update check to daily, weekly, monthly or never depending on your preference.

If there is an update, it will pop up a real-time update window. Select "Update Now" to download the new version of Meow Studio.

After downloading the update, click OK to close the program and install the new version. You can also click Cancel to install it next time.

If you do not want to be prompted for updates, set Check for Updates to Never. If you want to update, please select "Check for Updates" under "Help" and manually check whether there is an updated version of the camera factory available.

Tip: Please manually save your project before updating the Meow Studio to ensure that you will not lose your files.

　　 Unload the camera factory

Go to "Control Panel>Programs and Features>Uninstall or Change Programs" (if you are on Windows 10, go to this PC>Computer>Uninstall or Change Programs), then right-click the icon of the camera factory and select "Uninstall". When asked, "Are you sure you want to completely delete the Meow Studio and all its components? Please select" Yes ".

　　 Create, save, and open project documents

For each project you create, Meow Studio will create a project file (. wfp). This file contains the settings for each selection in the project, as well as the operations, special effects, and music during editing.

Video, audio or image files are not stored in the project files of the Meow Shadow Factory. They only store references to these types of media files based on file names and locations. If you move, rename or delete the source file, the next time you open the project file using this media, the camera factory will not be able to find it automatically. For convenience, Meow Studio provides the option of archiving the source file with the project.

　　 Create a new project

Start the camera factory, select the proportion and select "New Project". You can customize the scale, resolution, and frame rate of a project by selecting File>Project Parameter Settings.

The default ratio is 16:9, but if you want to create videos for dithering, Instagram, or other social media, you can change them to 9:16, 1:1, 4:3, or 21:9.

　　 Save Project

Click File>Save Project or Save Project As, or use the shortcut keys Ctrl+S. Your project will be saved as a file with a. wfp extension. These documents can only be identified by Meow Studio.

　　 Open Project

1. Open project from project library

When you start the camera factory, your latest project will be displayed in the project library. In the editing interface, you can also select Open Recent under File to find items.

2. Open an existing project from the editing interface

Start the camera factory and select "Open Project" to reload the. wfp project file. If you are already in the studio, select "Open Project" (Ctrl+O) to locate the. wfp file.

Move project to another computer (archive project files)

Click File>Archive Project or use the hotkeys Shift+Ctrl+A. Project files and source files are archived together in *. wfp format so that they can be easily moved to another computer or storage device. To open the. wfp file, simply double-click it.

Relocate lost media files

After changing the location of the source files, renaming, deleting, or disconnecting the external drive where the source files are saved, the camera factory will not be able to find them. Instead, you will see a window containing the location of the missing file. single click magnifier Icon to reposition the missing file, and then press OK to reopen the original project. If the file has been permanently deleted, you can select another file as the replacement file.
