The Interpretation of Commercial Password Management Regulations was published
On April 14, 2023, the Executive Meeting of the State Council deliberated and passed the Regulations on the Administration of Commercial Passwords (Revised Draft). On April 27, Li Qiang, Premier of the State Council, signed the State Council Decree No. 760, promulgating the revised Regulations on the Administration of Commercial Passwords, which will come into force on July 1, 2023. In order to publicize and implement the Regulations on the Administration of Commercial Passwords, effectively play the important role of commercial passwords in ensuring network and information security, safeguarding national security and social public interests, the Interpretation of the Regulations on the Administration of Commercial Passwords has recently been officially published by the Law Press.
