2、 Basic requirements for adjustment
In accordance with the Administrative Provisions on the Enrollment of National Master's Students in 2023 (Teaching [2022] No. 3) issued by the Ministry of Education, in principle, our part-time master's students will recruit on-the-job targeted employment personnel. All on-the-job targeted employment candidates who meet the enrollment conditions, basic requirements for the second round examination, and adjustment policies of part-time postgraduate students in relevant professional fields of our school can apply for adjustment.
1. Must meet the application conditions of the transferred major.
2. The preliminary examination results must meet the basic requirements of the national preliminary examination results of the first volunteer to apply for the professional A-class area, and meet the score line of the preliminary examination of the major transferred by our school.
3. The transferred major is the same or similar to the major of the first volunteer, within the same discipline category.
4. The preliminary examination subjects are the same or similar to the preliminary examination subjects of the transfer in specialty, and the national unified proposition subjects of the preliminary examination should be the same as the national unified proposition subjects of the transfer in specialty.
5. Meet other transfer admission conditions specified by the Ministry of Education.
6. Meet other transfer admission conditions specified by our hospital

3、 Coordination Procedure
1. The college will submit the notice of adjustment and reexamination to the school for approval and release it on the college website.
2. The college logs in to the "National Master Enrollment Adjustment Service System" to release the adjustment information.
3. When transferring candidates who meet the admission conditions for part-time postgraduate students in our hospital apply for transfer, they must download and fill in the electronic forms Application for Transfer Re examination (Annex 1) and Commitment Letter for On the job Targeted Candidates (Annex 2) in advance, and scan and synthesize the signed paper originals of Application for Transfer Re examination and Commitment Letter for On the job Targeted Candidates into PDF files, Sent to before 12:00 noon on April 6 spxyzs@163.com Mailbox. Only after the relevant materials have been reviewed and approved by the College can candidates participate in the transfer, otherwise they will not be accepted.
After meeting the requirements, the examinee will log in to the "National Master Admission Adjustment Service System" to fill in the adjustment application.
4. The College will select the candidates who apply for transfer and select the best candidates to take the second round exam.
5. The college will report the list of candidates for the second round examination to the school for approval, and then publish it on the college website, and send a notice of the second round examination to the candidates.
6. The college will organize a second interview, and report the proposed enrollment list to the school for review and approval, and then publish it on the college website.
4、 Adjustment and retest method
1. The college organizes examinees to attend the on-site reexamination, with a full score of 150 points (including 100 points for comprehensive interview and 50 points for listening and speaking test).
The list of candidates to be admitted to each discipline (specialty) shall be determined from high to low according to the total scores of candidates.
Total score of examinee=the examinee's score in the first exam converted into a hundred point system × 70%+the examinee's score in the second exam converted into a hundred point system × 30%
2. The adjustment and reexamination methods are the same as those for the first volunteer candidates. For the specific requirements for adjustment, ideological and political quality and moral assessment, physical examination, admission methods, supervision and reconsideration, and other matters, please refer to the Implementation Rules for 2023 Postgraduate Recruitment and Reexamination of the School of Food and Biological Engineering published on the college website on March 22. One vote veto system is adopted for comprehensive interview, and those whose comprehensive interview scores are lower than 60 points will not be admitted 。
3. The college website will publish the list of candidates for the second round exam in the notice notice. Candidates for the second round exam should reply by email before 12:00 on April 8: "I take the second round exam+admission number+major+name" or "I do not take the second round exam+admission number+major+name". Only after the relevant materials have been reviewed and approved by the College can candidates participate in the transfer, otherwise they will not be accepted.
4. On April 9, 2023, the reexamination qualification review will be conducted at the conference room 206 of the School of Food and Biological Engineering, Feicuihu Campus, United Engineering University, from 14:00 to 16:00.
1) The college reviews the candidates' admission cards, ID cards, payment vouchers, and original academic degree certificates, and collects the original transcripts, copies of ID cards (front and back), copies of academic degree certificates, and payment vouchers of the candidates during their college years.
2) The identity of ethnic minority examinees shall be subject to the identity card checked at the time of registration, and shall not be changed at the time of re examination. Candidates who fail to pass the online qualification (student status) verification shall provide qualification (student status) certification report.
5. Time of reexamination: 9 a.m. on April 10, 2023, at Conference Room 205, School of Food and Biological Engineering, Feicui Lake Campus, Hefei University of Technology.
5、 System opening time
The opening time of the coordination system is from 18:00 on April 6, 2023 to 06:00 on April 7, 2023.
Note: The part-time master's transfer in and out of our school can only be accepted once (the transfer system can only be opened once).
6、 Re examination payment
After receiving the notice of reexamination, candidates can log on to the website of Hefei University of Technology → select institution setting → select organization → enter the website of the Finance Department → select payment platform. The user name is the examinee's number, and the password is the examinee's ID card number. You can use the bank card for quick payment.
Note: Please check whether your mobile phone contact information is correct before you pay the fee, so that you can send the electronic invoice information of successful payment to your mobile phone. On the next day of payment, you can log on to the payment website to print the electronic payment voucher.
7、 Special instructions
For those who do not meet the requirements or practice fraud, once verified, they will be deemed as having failed the qualification examination and will not be re examined. When the candidates to be admitted register for admission, the College will review their qualification materials again, and those who do not meet the requirements or practice fraud will be disqualified from admission. The college will confirm and record the candidates who give up the re examination without qualification examination.
