According to the basic requirements of the Ministry of Education for the preliminary results of the 2021 postgraduate examination candidates entering the second round exam, the university's adjustment announcement is hereby announced as follows:
1、 Basic requirements for adjustment
（1） The preliminary examination results reach the B regional retest score of the subject category of the major you are applying for and the subject category of the major you are planning to transfer announced by the Ministry of Education, and the comprehensive quality, comprehensive ability, scientific research ability and professional quality of students are comprehensively assessed;
（2） Candidates' transfer majors should be the same or similar to the first volunteer's major (the subjects of the unified examination must be the same, and at least one of the business courses must be the same or similar);
（3） Candidates with the same or similar majors (belonging to the same level of discipline) of undergraduate graduates and graduate candidates will be given priority in re examination;
（4） In principle, our school does not accept the transfer of candidates with the same academic level;
（5） In principle, our school only accepts transfer students whose foreign language is English;
（6） Our school does not accept candidates who enjoy the ethnic minority policy adjustment;
（7） Our school has no special plan of "retired college student soldiers";
（8） The first candidate who wishes to apply for a master's degree in law (non law) is not allowed to be transferred to other majors in our university, and the candidates in other majors are also not allowed to be transferred to this major.
2、 Dispensing procedures and materials
（1） Candidates in China Graduate Enrollment Information Network
(Website: http://yz.chsi.com.cn/ ）In the reallocation system, use the examinee's user name and password generated during registration to log on to the website and fill in the volunteers for reallocation to our school; Candidates who do not fill in the online transfer volunteers will not be arranged for a second interview. Our school does not accept any transfer intention by telephone, e-mail or paper.
（2） After receiving the reply from our university, the examinee will confirm it in the adjustment system of China Postgraduate Enrollment Information Network, and prepare the following materials to be submitted for examination during the retest. (Note: Please do not mail)
1. Examination permit for the national preliminary examination of master's degree candidates in 2021;
2. The transcript of the preliminary examination. If there is no transcript, a printed copy of the transcript shall be provided, indicating the query website and the examination permit number;
3. Previous students shall provide copies of the final academic certificate and degree certificate (the original is audited on site) and provide online certification report of student status; New students need to issue a certificate from the educational administration department and provide online certification report of student status;
4. Performance certification materials (scientific research achievements, published papers, awards, etc.);
5. Xeroxed copies of CET-4 and CET-6 qualification certificates or transcripts.
6. The actual performance (political, ideological and moral character, learning and work) and other materials issued by my unit;
7. Candidates who enjoy the policy of caring for extra points shall provide the materials required in Article 1 as well as the basis materials for extra points, which shall be included in their initial test scores according to the extra points specified by the Ministry of Education (submitted before the second test);
8. For a volunteer candidate who meets the qualification line for the preliminary examination of ethnic minorities, the new student needs to provide a tripartite employment agreement, and the employer is the ethnic autonomous region announced by the State Council; Previous students are required to provide the certificate of perforation seal and household registration certificate of the targeted employment unit in the ethnic autonomous regions announced by the State Council.
（3） The information filled in and provided by the examinee must be accurate and true. If wrong or false information is provided, once verified, the admission qualification will be canceled immediately, and the consequences will be borne by the examinee.
（4） The specific adjustment specialty and vacancy information shall be subject to the relevant information released by our school after the national reexamination score is released.
3、 Tuition and reward system
（1） According to national regulations, our school has implemented a charging policy for all graduate students since 2014. Tuition standard: 8000 yuan/year for each postgraduate.
（2） The categories of our postgraduate awards include national scholarships, academic scholarships, national grants, school academic grants, "three aids and one supplement" post subsidies, special awards for postgraduate students and other related awards.
1. National scholarship: those who meet the conditions can apply for national scholarship, and the winner will be rewarded 20000 yuan according to the national target;
2. Academic scholarship: Those who meet the conditions can apply for academic scholarship. There are three levels in total. The first level academic scholarship standard is 7000 yuan/year, the second level academic scholarship standard is 5000 yuan/year, and the third level academic scholarship standard is 2500 yuan/year. The total coverage rate of academic scholarship is about 90%;
3. National financial aid: All full-time graduate students (except those with fixed salary income) included in the national graduate enrollment plan can enjoy the national financial aid, with 6000 yuan/year for each graduate student;

9. Outstanding graduate cadre award
