1、 Enrollment Plan
The school determines the number of students enrolled in each discipline (category) and specialty (field) according to the enrollment plan issued by the state, social needs and school running conditions. The number of students to be enrolled announced in the specialty catalog of enrollment in 2020 is for reference only, and the specific number of students to be enrolled will be determined according to the enrollment plan issued by the country that year.

2、 Application conditions
(1) Those who apply for the national postgraduate entrance examination must meet the following conditions:
1. Citizens of the People's Republic of China.
2. Support the leadership of the Communist Party of China, have good moral character, and abide by discipline and law.
3. The physical condition meets the physical examination requirements specified by the state.
4. The academic level of candidates must meet one of the following conditions:
(1) Newly graduated undergraduates with nationally recognized academic qualifications (including graduates from ordinary colleges and universities, adult colleges and universities, and adult higher education held by ordinary colleges and universities), as well as self-taught examinations and online education can graduate undergraduates at that time. 4、 Examination of candidates' qualification
Before registering, candidates need to log in to the "China Higher Education Student Information Network" (http://www.chsi. com. cn/) to query their academic qualifications (student status). 5、 Admission examination
1. The enrollment examination is divided into preliminary examination and reexamination.
2. Place of preliminary examination: candidates shall take the examination at the designated place according to the requirements of the selected registration place.
(1) From December 14 to December 23, 2019, candidates should log in to the "Research Recruitment Network" with their online reporting user names and passwords to download and print the Admission Card. The Examination Permit shall be printed on A4 white paper, and the front and back sides shall not be altered or written during use.
(2) Candidates can take the first and second examinations with downloaded and printed "Admission Card" and valid resident ID card.
(3) Date and time of the initial examination: December 21 to December 22, 2019 (8:30-11:30 a.m. and 14:00-17:00 p.m. Beijing time every day).
3. The time, place, content, method, use method of results, organization and management of the second examination shall be determined by the school according to the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education. The admission method for the second round exam will be announced through the website of the Graduate School before the second round exam (at the end of March).
(1) During the reexamination, the school will strictly review the original application materials and candidates' qualifications, such as resident identity cards, academic degree certificates, academic and student status verification results, student cards, and other certification materials. Those who do not meet the requirements will not be allowed to take the reexamination.
If there is still any doubt about the candidate's educational background (student status) information, the candidate must provide the certification issued by the authority within the specified time. If the information of the examinee's academic qualifications (student status) cannot be queried on the website designated by the Ministry of Education and the certification report issued by the authoritative organization cannot be provided, the school will cancel the qualification for re examination.
The identity of ethnic minority examinees shall be subject to the identity card checked at the time of registration, and shall not be changed at the time of re examination. Ethnic minority areas shall be subject to the Brief List of National Ethnic Regional Autonomous Areas published by the relevant departments of the State Council.
(2) For candidates with the same educational level (subject to the registration) who participate in the second round exam, fresh graduates of adult education, self-taught and online education candidates who have not obtained the undergraduate graduation certificate at the time of the second round exam, at least two major undergraduate courses related to the major applied for must be added to the second round exam. (3) The ideological and political theory examinations for Master of Accounting, Master of Library and Information Technology, Master of Business Administration, Master of Public Administration, Master of Tourism Management (code: 125400) and Master of Audit are conducted by the school in the second round exam, and the results are included in the total scores of the second round exam.
(4) The foreign language listening and speaking tests are conducted in the second interview, organized by the school, and the scores are included in the total scores of the second interview.
6、 Ideological and political quality and moral assessment
The assessment of ideological and political quality and moral character is an important work link to ensure the quality of freshmen, which mainly assesses the examinees' actual performance. At the same time of the reexamination, the school organizes this assessment, and those who fail in the ideological and political quality and moral assessment will not be admitted.
After the list of candidates is determined, the university will send the candidate's personnel files (or file review opinions) and his/her actual performance and other materials to the examinee's unit by letter to comprehensively examine his/her ideological, political and moral status. The actual performance materials of the candidates transferred by correspondence shall be stamped by the candidate's file or the personnel and political department of the unit where the candidate works.
7、 Admission
Under the unified leadership of the school's leading group for postgraduate enrollment, according to the relevant enrollment policies and regulations of the Ministry of Education and the supplementary regulations of the provincial college enrollment committee, the proposed enrollment list is determined based on the unit's enrollment plan, the reexamination admission method, and the candidates' initial and reexamination results, ideological and political performance, physical and mental health, etc.
The admission categories of candidates are divided into non targeted employment and targeted employment. The admission category of part-time graduate students can only be targeted employment. Postgraduates with targeted employment should sign targeted employment contracts with the university and the employer before being admitted.
The problems arising from the candidates' application for the master's degree and their units shall be handled by the candidates themselves. The school will not be responsible for the failure of the examinee to take the second examination or to be admitted.
The physical examination standards refer to the requirements of the Guidance on Physical Examination for Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities (Jiao Tong [2003] No. 3) issued by the Ministry of Education, the former Ministry of Health and the China Disabled Persons' Federation, and in accordance with the Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Education and the General Office of the Ministry of Health on Cancelling the Examination of Hepatitis B Items for Enrollment of Ordinary College Students (Jiao Tong [2010] No. 2) And relevant regulations of the school.
8、 Tuition fees, awards and grants
