1、 Working principles

2、 Organization and implementation
（1） Under the guidance of the Provincial Recruitment and Examination Commission, the Provincial Department of Education and relevant departments, the leading group for postgraduate enrollment of the university comprehensively leads the postgraduate enrollment of the university.
The Graduate School is responsible for the specific implementation of the work deployment of the school's graduate enrollment work leading group, and is responsible for the organization, management, supervision and inspection of the school's postgraduate reexamination admission work.
（2） Under the guidance of the leading group for postgraduate enrollment work of the university, the leading group for postgraduate enrollment work of each training unit shall organize and lead the postgraduate enrollment work of its own unit, be responsible for formulating the implementation rules for the reexamination and adjustment work of its own unit, and select and train the staff participating in the reexamination work of its own unit.
（3） Each training unit can set up a number of reexamination teams according to the specialty and category (field or research direction) of enrollment. Under the guidance of the school and the leading group of postgraduate enrollment work of the unit, they are specifically responsible for the reexamination assessment of candidates.
3、 Re examination mode
According to the requirements of the Ministry of Education and the provincial recruitment and examination commission, the 2024 postgraduate recruitment examination of the university will be based on the enrollment specialty, and the network remote or offline on-site re examination will be adopted. The reexamination method of one volunteer in the same enrollment major is the same as that of the reassigned candidates. For majors that adopt network remote reexamination, the reexamination is carried out by relying on the "Xuexin Network" enrollment remote interview system ("Tencent Conference" emergency standby). The examinee shall take the "double seat" mode to participate in the reexamination with the "Admission Card" and ID card as required. The assessment covers the written examination, practical operation and interview published in Annex III of the Regulations of Liaoning University on Enrollment of Postgraduates in 2024; The additional test for the same level of learning ability is the online remote written test, and other assessment items are the online remote interview.
For majors that adopt on-site reexamination, candidates shall take the Admission Card, ID Card and Online Verification Report of Student Status of the Ministry of Education (or Electronic Registration Form of Academic Certificates of the Ministry of Education or Authentication Report (Book)) to Chongshan Campus or Puhe Campus of Liaoning University for offline on-site reexamination as required. The assessment content shall be subject to the reexamination according to the content and assessment form published in Annex III of the Regulations of Liaoning University on Enrollment of Postgraduates in 2024.
4、 Re examination arrangement
It is expected that each training unit will organize the re examination of candidates at the end of March, and the re examination of a volunteer candidate will generally end before April 3; It is planned to start the re examination work on April 8, and the re examination work of the candidates will generally end before April 15. The specific time and place of the reexamination of each discipline are detailed in the implementation rules of the reexamination work subsequently released by each training unit.
Before the re examination, each training unit shall send the re examination notice to the candidate candidates in time. Please refer to the relevant notice of the university for the preparation and precautions of candidates before the second interview.
5、 Re examination qualification
（1） Basic score of the second interview
Each training unit shall delimit the basic score line of the second round exam in accordance with the Administrative Regulations on the Enrollment of National Postgraduates in 2024 (hereinafter referred to as the Administrative Regulations on Enrollment) and the Basic Requirements for the Preliminary Examination Results of Candidates for the National Postgraduate Enrollment Examination in 2024 (hereinafter referred to as the national score line). Major and category (field or research direction) with better students can determine the basic score line of this major on the basis of the national score line (total score), and carry out the difference retest. The difference ratio is generally not less than 120%.
（2） Adjustment and retest
1. Basic conditions for candidates to apply for reallocation
Meet the application conditions of the transferred major. The preliminary examination results meet the basic requirements of the national score line of the first volunteer major in the transfer region (one region).
The transferred major is the same or similar to that of the first volunteer, and should generally be within the same discipline category. Among them, academic degree majors only accept the transfer application of the first volunteer candidates for the same or similar academic degree majors; The professional degree category (field) can accept the transfer application of the first volunteer candidates who apply for the same or similar academic degree majors or professional degree categories (fields).
The preliminary examination subjects are the same or similar to the preliminary examination subjects of the transfer in specialty, and the national unified proposition subjects of the preliminary examination should be the same as the national unified proposition subjects of the transfer in specialty. English (I), English (II) in the national unified proposition foreign language subject, and mathematics (I), mathematics (II), and mathematics (III) in the business course can only be one-way transferred. For foreign language subjects, the transfer of candidates in languages not listed in the enrollment specialty directory will not be accepted. The number of primary examination subjects of the first volunteer major should be consistent with the number of primary examination subjects of the transferred major.
The on-the-job examinee whose study mode is part-time and whose transfer major only enrolls targeted employment can accept the transfer application of the examinee with the same or similar professional degree category (field) and full-time study mode (excluding recent graduates), but the (proposed) admission category must be targeted employment.
Candidates who apply for master's degree in business administration, public administration, tourism management [125400], accounting, library and information, and auditing can apply for mutual transfer, but cannot transfer to other majors, on the basis of meeting the requirements of the transfer in majors and meeting the national score requirements of the transfer out and transfer in majors in the transfer in region (one region); Candidates from other majors are not allowed to transfer to the above majors.
Candidates who apply for a master's degree in law (non law) may not be transferred to other majors, nor may candidates from other majors be transferred to this major.
Candidates who apply for the special plan of "retired college student soldiers" and apply for transfer to the general plan must meet the national score requirements of the discipline category of the relevant specialty in the transfer area (Zone 1).
Candidates must also meet the specific requirements of the transferred major for their academic conditions such as a volunteer major. Among them, for the majors receiving interdisciplinary category application for transfer, the examinee's preliminary examination scores must meet the requirements of the national scores of the transfer out majors and transfer in majors in the transfer in region (one region).
2. Basic requirements for coordination
The reallocation work is carried out through the "National Postgraduate Recruitment and Reallocation Service System". The school and relevant training units shall publish the measures and implementation rules for the transfer before the start of the transfer work.
The requirements for the content of the second interview of the transferred candidates are consistent with the requirements for the content of the second interview of a volunteer candidate.
6、 Qualification examination and psychological test

(4) If no undergraduate diploma has been obtained at the time of re examination, the self-taught examinees applying for the law (non law) and law (law) majors shall provide the certificate of achievement with the name of their undergraduate major issued by the provincial (municipal) higher education self-taught examination office;
(5) Candidates with the same academic qualifications who graduated from junior colleges shall submit the Electronic Registration Form of Academic Certificates of the Ministry of Education at the junior college level.

Candidates who take the on-site reexamination shall submit copies of Admission Card, ID Card and Online Verification Report of Student Status of the Ministry of Education (or Electronic Registration Form of Academic Certificates of the Ministry of Education or Authentication Report (Book)) as required before the reexamination, and cooperate with each training unit to complete the identity review.
While completing the qualification review, candidates should also complete psychological tests as required. A volunteer candidate who takes the second round exam via remote network should complete the psychological test before 15:00 on March 28; The psychological test of a volunteer candidate who takes the on-site reexamination shall be carried out according to the requirements of the relevant training unit. The reassigned candidates shall complete the psychological test 24 hours before the start of the reexamination.
7、 Re examination assessment items
（1） Oral and listening tests in foreign languages
The full score of foreign language oral and listening tests is 20, accounting for 20% of the second interview results. The examinee whose score is less than 12 points will be regarded as unqualified in the second interview and will not be admitted.
（2） Professional courses and comprehensive quality test
The full score of professional courses and comprehensive quality test of candidates in business administration, public administration, accounting, tourism management [125400], library and information, and audit majors is 70 points, accounting for 70% of the retest score. The professional courses and comprehensive quality test scores of other professional examinees are 80 points, accounting for 80% of the retest scores; The examinee whose score does not reach 60% of the full score of the test will be regarded as unqualified in the second interview and will not be admitted.
Professional courses and comprehensive quality tests examine the examinees' mastery and application of subject knowledge and academic innovation potential; Comprehensive practical quality, ability to analyze and solve practical problems by using the professional knowledge and career development potential.
（3） Ideological and political quality and moral assessment
The examinee's ideological and political quality and moral character will be assessed. The ideological and political quality and moral character assessment will not be quantified into the total score, but those who fail the assessment will not be admitted.
（4） Ideological and Political Theory Examination
According to the requirements of the Regulations on Enrollment Management, the school conducts the ideological and political theory examination for the candidates of business administration, public management, accounting, tourism management [125400], library and information, audit and other majors in the re examination. The full score of the ideological and political theory examination is 10, accounting for 10% of the re examination score. The examinee whose score is less than 6 points will be regarded as unqualified in the second interview and will not be admitted.
（5） Additional examination with the same academic level
In addition to the majors of law (non law), business administration, public administration and tourism management [125400], for candidates with the same educational level (subject to the time of registration), fresh undergraduate graduates of adult education, self-taught and online education candidates who have not obtained a bachelor's degree certificate at the time of re examination, two major undergraduate courses related to the major of application will be added. The full score of both examinations is 100 points, and 60 points are passed. The scores of both examinations are not quantified into the total score, but those who fail will not be admitted.
8、 Apply for bonus points or care policy
In accordance with the provisions of Article 62 of the Admissions Management Regulations, candidates who fill in relevant information and apply for the bonus policy at the online registration stage as required, and who have passed the review of the relevant departments can apply for bonus points. A volunteer candidate who applies for extra points shall complete the submission of relevant materials according to the requirements of qualification examination before March 28. The transferred candidate shall complete the submission of materials 24 hours before the start of the reexamination, and the school shall review them according to the requirements of the Ministry of Education.
The ethnic minority in-service candidates whose work units and household registration are in the ethnic autonomous regions announced by the State Council, and whose targeted employment units are the original units, can enjoy the preferential policies for ethnic minorities according to regulations. Candidates who apply to enjoy the care policy must fill in relevant information as required when registering online, truthfully fill in ethnic identity and targeted employment in ethnic minority areas, and submit relevant materials to the school for review before the re examination.
9、 Admission
（1） Calculation method of total score
The re examination results and the preliminary examination results are added by weight to get the total score of the enrollment examination. The score of the preliminary examination accounts for 70% of the total score, and the score of the second examination accounts for 30% of the total score. The specific calculation method is as follows:
For the major with a full score of 500 in the preliminary examination, the formula for calculating the total score is:

For the major with a full score of 300 in the preliminary examination, the formula for calculating the total score is:

（2） Proposed Admission List
1. The voluntary candidates and the transferred candidates shall be admitted in order. Each training unit shall determine the total score of the candidates in strict accordance with the total score calculation formula, review and draw up the proposed enrollment list according to the enrollment plan and the reexamination admission method, and submit it to the leading group of graduate enrollment work of the university for approval.
（3） Announcement of proposed admission results
The proposed enrollment list is publicized online by the Graduate School for 10 working days.
（4） Proposed admission category
According to the regulations, all 2024 part-time graduate students and other graduate students of targeted employment who have passed the reexamination and are proposed to be admitted by our university should sign a targeted employment contract with our university. Relevant candidates are requested to submit the targeted employment contract signed by the unit and myself in the manner specified by the relevant training unit before April 15, 2024, It shall be deemed that the candidate automatically waives the qualification for admission after the deadline. The 2024 level non targeted employment master graduates who are to be admitted by our school need to transfer their personnel files to our school before entering.
（5） Physical examination
The physical examination of examinees shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the university after the freshmen report to the school.
