According to the spirit of the Basic Requirements for the Results of the Preliminary Examination of the National Postgraduate Entrance Examination in 2020 (the national score line) issued by the Ministry of Education, the Notice on Further Standardizing the National Postgraduate Enrollment Adjustment issued by the Department of College Students of the Ministry of Education, and in combination with the enrollment plan for professional degree master students of North China University of Science and Technology in 2020, Formulate the work method for the adjustment of postgraduate enrollment in 2020.

3、 Allocation quota and time
（1） Transfer quota: According to the online situation of a volunteer graduate student applying for the Master's degree in resources and environment in our school, there are 51 transfer quota now.
（2） Adjustment time: When the national adjustment system is opened on May 20, 2020, our school will simultaneously open the adjustment system, and each time the opening time is not less than 12 hours. The specific opening time, frequency, etc. will be announced separately after being determined according to the actual enrollment of master students in our school.
4、 Dispensing principle
（1） The adjustment majors are the same or similar: the first volunteer applies for safety science and engineering, safety engineering, mining engineering, geological resources and geological engineering, geological engineering, mineral survey and exploration, geotechnical engineering, building and civil engineering, power engineering, control engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, information and communication engineering, computer science and technology, software engineering Candidates for online transfer of relevant science and engineering disciplines such as chemical engineering, surveying and mapping engineering and environmental engineering, as well as professional degrees in electronic information, materials and chemical engineering, machinery, energy power, civil engineering and water conservancy.
（2） The transferred students must meet the application conditions and national transfer policies specified in the enrollment regulations of our university for professional master's degree graduates in 2020.
（3） The preliminary examination results meet the Basic Requirements for Preliminary Examination Results of Candidates for the National Postgraduate Entrance Examination in 2020 to Enter the Re examination in Zone 1 of the first volunteer major.
（4） It must comply with the national adjustment policy and the specific adjustment requirements of our school, and the examinee's preliminary examination subjects should be the same as the preliminary examination subjects of our school (unified examination subjects: political theory, English II, mathematics II, professional courses: safety system engineering C language programming, Introduction to Earth Science and Structural Mechanics (1)) are the same or similar, and the subjects of the unified examination should include political theory, English 1 or English 2, mathematics 1, mathematics 2, or self imposed mathematics.
（5） In order to ensure the training goal of our university's resources and environment (safety engineering) major, candidates with the same academic qualifications (i.e., those who have worked for two years or less under the bachelor's degree and those who are new adult education undergraduates) need to have an additional science and engineering learning background. In addition to taking the written examination of professional knowledge, candidates with the same academic qualifications should also take two major undergraduate courses related to safety engineering.
5、 Dispensing procedure
（1） Adjustment consultation: Communication and consultation of the QQ group for postgraduate enrollment of North China University of Science and Technology (group number: 271511121, group name: Research and Recruitment Group of North China University of Science and Technology).
（2） After the China Postgraduate Enrollment Information Network has opened the adjustment system, candidates can log on to the "National Postgraduate Enrollment Adjustment Service System"（ http://yz.chsi.com.cn/yztj/ ）, fill in the reallocation volunteer. Our school will timely notify the candidates to participate in the reexamination according to the transfer registration situation. The volunteer locking time of the transferred candidates is 34 hours.
6、 Adjustment and retest method
（1） Re examination form: According to the requirements of the Ministry of Education and Hebei Province for the prevention and control of pneumonia caused by COVID-19 infection, and in combination with the actual situation of school epidemic prevention and control, the re examination form of master's postgraduates in 2020 will be network remote re examination.
（2） Re examination proportion: our school takes the form of difference for re examination. When there are enough students, the difference proportion of re examination shall not be less than 120%; If the number of students is insufficient, the reexamination shall be conducted according to the actual number of applicants.
（3） Determination of the list of candidates for the second interview: the list of candidates for the second interview will be determined. The school will determine the list of candidates for the second interview according to the first exam scores of all qualified candidates for the second interview from high to low after the system is closed, Candidates who accept the notice of reexamination shall be included in the list of reexamination personnel (the qualification of reexamination shall be retained for 18 hours, and those who refuse to participate in the reexamination and do not handle the notice of reexamination within 18 hours shall be deemed to have waived the qualification of this round of reexamination).

7、 Tuition and reward policy
（1） Tuition: The tuition standard is 5000 yuan per person per year, free of accommodation fees.
（2） Award and subsidy policy: the national scholarship for graduate students is 20000 yuan/year per person, which is granted according to the number of places allocated by the state. Postgraduate student grants, the standard is 6000 yuan/year per person (paid monthly). Postgraduate scholarship, standard: the first prize of the first academic year is 8000 yuan/person, the top 30% of the total enrollment score, and the second prize is 6000 yuan/person, accounting for 70%; The special prize of the second and third academic years is 12000 yuan/person, accounting for 5%; the first prize is 10000 yuan/person, accounting for 15%; the second prize is 8000 yuan/person, accounting for 45%; the third prize is 6000 yuan/person, accounting for 35%.

8、 Joint cultivation of master's degree students
Our school cooperates with the University of Queensland in Australia to cultivate master's degree students in safety engineering. Students voluntarily apply to study abroad after meeting the language and academic requirements. The learning mode is "one year at home, two years abroad" or "two years at home, one year abroad". Students can choose their own learning mode according to their personal conditions. After students have completed their academic achievements and dissertations, and passed the examination of our university and the University of Queensland, they will be issued the master's degree certificates of the two universities.
