The basic requirements for reexamination shall be in accordance with the basic requirements for the results of the 2021 national preliminary examination of postgraduate enrollment (academic degree or professional degree) for Class A candidates. Candidates whose total score or single subject fails to reach the score line of reexamination will not be reexamined.
In 2021, students who are promoted to be exempted and those who are transferred to "5+3" integration will not participate in this reexamination.
The reexamination adopts the method of differential reexamination, and the proportion of the reexamination is based on the announced unified examinee plan (the enrollment plan excludes the number of promoted students and "5+3" integrated transition students).
1. A volunteer online examinee has sufficient majors, and the proportion of the second interview is 1:1.2 (if less than one, it will be counted as one).
2. If the number of online candidates is more than the proposed enrollment scale but does not reach the proportion of the re examination, the actual number of online candidates will participate in the re examination.
3. 1. For the major with insufficient candidates, the proportion of re examination shall not exceed 1:5 in principle in combination with the number of professional vacancies and the number of candidates to be transferred.
4. The determination of a volunteer candidate for the second round exam is in the order of the total score of the first round exam from high to low. All candidates with the same total score of the first round exam will enter the second round exam.

1、 Enrollment Plan
According to our master's enrollment in 2020, we plan to recruit 1780 master's students in 2021 (including long-term education system and recommended test free students), including academic degree master's students and professional degree master's students. The final enrollment quota is subject to the enrollment plan officially issued by the Ministry of Education.
2、 Culture type
（1） Academic degree postgraduates: with the goal of cultivating researchers engaged in basic theory or applied basic theory, they focus on the cultivation of academic theory level and experimental research ability, and are awarded academic degrees in corresponding disciplines upon graduation.
（2） Professional degree graduate students: with the goal of cultivating advanced application-oriented talents, they focus on the cultivation of the ability to engage in practical work. Professional degrees are awarded to students when they graduate.
3、 Examination subjects
（1） According to the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education, there are three primary medical examinations, namely, political theory, foreign language and professional foundation. The biology of the science category has four primary subjects for each secondary discipline: political theory, foreign languages, professional basic comprehensive and professional basic courses.
（2） The examination subjects of the third unit in this enrollment catalog are professional basic comprehensive examination subjects, including clinical medicine comprehensive ability (Western medicine), clinical medicine comprehensive ability (Chinese medicine), western medicine comprehensive ability, traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive ability, oral cavity comprehensive ability, health comprehensive ability, pharmacy comprehensive ability, nursing comprehensive ability, forensic medicine comprehensive ability and biological comprehensive ability.
The political theory, foreign language, comprehensive ability of clinical medicine (western medicine) and comprehensive ability of clinical medicine (traditional Chinese medicine) listed in the catalog are the subjects of the national unified examination, and the rest are the subjects of the school's self appointed examination.
1. Comprehensive Western Medicine (300 points) covers three courses of physiology, biochemistry and pathology (100 points each).

3. 4. Comprehensive health test (300 points) covers epidemiology and health Statistics There are five courses (60 points each): Science, Occupational Health and Occupational Medicine, Environmental Hygiene, Nutrition and Food Hygiene.
5. Comprehensive pharmacy (300 points) covers four courses of organic chemistry, analytical chemistry, pharmacology and pharmacy (75 points each).
6. Comprehensive nursing (300 points) covers three courses: basic nursing, internal medicine nursing and surgical nursing (100 points each).
7. Comprehensive Forensic Medicine (300 points) covers four courses: Forensic Pathology (90 points), Forensic Physical Evidence (75 points), Forensic Clinical Medicine (60 points) and Forensic Toxicology (75 points).
8. Comprehensive biology (150 points) covers physiology, biochemistry and cell biology (50 points each).
（3） All majors only accept candidates whose foreign language is English 1.
（4） The self test subjects of our school refer to the teaching materials used by our college graduates in 2021.
（5） During the re examination, our school will unify the professional courses of written examination, and the tutor group will conduct an interview (including foreign language listening and speaking ability, professional knowledge, professional English, professional skills, etc.). The written examination subjects of professional courses are checked on the website of the Graduate School of our university before the re examination. After passing the second interview, choose a tutor in both directions.
4、 Application conditions
（1） Support the leadership of the Communist Party of China, have good moral character, and abide by discipline and law.
（2） Regular undergraduate fresh students (must obtain a diploma before admission) or graduates.
（3） Master degree in clinical medicine (code 1051 * *), only new students or graduates who are admitted to the national college entrance examination as five-year or above undergraduate full-time clinical medicine majors in western medicine can apply for the examination.
（4） Full time undergraduate students or graduates with five-year or above medical degrees in anesthesiology, psychiatry, pediatrics, and ophthalmology can only apply for master's degree in anesthesiology (code 105118), psychiatry and mental hygiene (code 105105), pediatrics (code 105102), and ophthalmology (code 105116).
（5） Full time undergraduate students or graduates with five-year or above medical degrees in medical imaging can only apply for a master's degree in radiation imaging (code 105123), ultrasonic medicine (code 105124), and nuclear medicine (code 105125).
（6） Full time undergraduate students or graduates with five-year or above medical degrees in radiation medicine can only apply for a master's degree in radiation imaging (code 105123) or radiation oncology (code 105122).
（7） A master's degree in stomatology (code 105200) is only accepted for new students or graduates who are admitted to the national college entrance examination as full-time stomatology majors with five-year undergraduate programs or above.
（8） Candidates who have obtained the qualification certificate of standardized training for resident doctors, or who have been admitted to the regular training for resident doctors but fail to report for duty without reason, or who withdraw without reason after registration, shall not apply for the master's degree in clinical medicine or stomatology.
（9） The rural targeted free medical undergraduate students shall not apply for the examination in violation of the agreement, or they will be disqualified as postgraduates once verified.
5、 Specific standards of tuition fees and reward and subsidy methods
According to national regulations, graduate education is fully charged. 8000 yuan/year for academic degree graduates and 7000 yuan/year for professional degree graduates. In case of policy adjustment, the latest document shall prevail.
The school has set up the first prize of academic scholarship of 8000 yuan/year, the second prize of 4000 yuan/year, and the third prize of 2000 yuan/year. 6、 Others
（1） Our school enrolls master's degree students for 3 years, full-time training.
（2） The national unified entrance examination is divided into two parts: the preliminary examination and the second examination. The time and requirements for the initial examination shall be in accordance with the unified deployment of the Ministry of Education, and the time for the second examination is generally in late March or early April.
（3） When applying, the materials filled in must be authentic and filled in by the examinee himself/herself. If fraud is found, the examinee will be disqualified regardless of any link of enrollment and training.
（4） Candidates must carefully understand the application conditions and policy requirements. If they fail to meet the application conditions and relevant policy requirements, resulting in subsequent on-site confirmation, examination, retest or admission, the consequences shall be borne by the candidates themselves.
（5） Candidates who apply for our university should be in good health and conform to the Regulations of Hebei Medical University on Physical Examination of Postgraduate Enrollment, otherwise they will not be admitted.
（6） Non exceptional candidates for the second interview.
（7） Candidates who apply for the master's degree in clinical medicine and stomatology must test their clinical skills during the second interview.
（8） The school does not hold postgraduate examination tutorial classes and does not sell postgraduate examination questions over the years.
（9） Candidates who apply for the national unified examination for master's degree must refer to the specialty directory of Hebei Medical University in 2021. （11） When the examinee reports online, the following items must be accurate, otherwise, the responsibility of the examinee shall be borne by himself.
1. The registration information will not be modified after being confirmed online by the examinee, and all consequences caused by the examinee's filling errors will be borne by him/herself.

3. Candidates must accurately select the type of application (non orientation, orientation). 1、 Second batch dispensing time
The opening time of the second batch of our school's volunteer system is from 20:00, May 27, 2020 to 12:00, May 28, 2020 (16 hours). Please pay attention to the volunteer system of China Research and Recruitment Network and the official website of our graduate school at any time.
2、 Determination of the list of candidates for the second batch of re examination
The release time of the second batch of our school's re examination list is expected to be May 28.
3、 Re examination time of the second batch of candidates
It is expected that the second batch of re examination will start on June 1, 2020. Relevant candidates are required to make preparations and participate in the re examination on time. Those who fail to participate in the re examination on time will be deemed to have automatically given up their qualification for the re examination.
4、 Method and principle of adjustment and retest
（1） All transfer candidates must go through the corresponding registration procedures through the "National Master Student Enrollment Transfer Service System" of the Research and Recruitment Network.
（2） The list of candidates (clinical medical degree and other majors) who apply for the same enrollment unit in the same major and whose subjects in the preliminary examination are the same (the examination papers are the same) shall be selected according to their preliminary examination results.
In case of different subjects in the preliminary examination, the candidates selected for the second examination shall be selected according to their professional background, subjects in the preliminary examination, scores in the preliminary examination, etc.
（3） Each transfer candidate can only apply for one major or direction in our school (if there is a research direction, it must choose a research direction), and it is invalid to apply for more or no research direction.
（4） If the candidates who are on the list of candidates who have not accepted the notice of re examination within the specified time, they will apply for re examination in accordance with the relevant policies.
（5） The content of the re examination for the candidates to be transferred is the relevant knowledge of the specialty to be transferred.
（6） After the re examination of the transferred candidates is completed, the school will issue the notice of intended admission through the Research Recruitment Network at the specified time. The candidates to be admitted must confirm their intended admission online within the specified time. If the time limit expires, the proposed admission qualification will be cancelled, and the admission qualification will be automatically postponed.
(VII) Candidates who fail to take the second interview or refuse to take the second interview due to personal reasons are not allowed to take the subsequent second interview of our school this year when they apply for the second interview of our school.
5、 Re examination registration conditions
Candidates who meet the national and school transfer requirements can apply for transfer. Our school will choose the best according to the spirit of the national documents and the registration situation:
(1) Candidates applying for transfer must meet the application conditions for transfer majors specified in the enrollment brochure of that year.
(2) The professional degree of clinical medicine (professional code is 1051 * *) only accepts the transfer of candidates who apply for the professional degree of clinical medicine. Candidates applying for clinical medical professional degrees can be transferred to other majors according to relevant policies. Candidates applying for other majors (including medical academic degrees) cannot be transferred to clinical medical professional degrees.
(3) For academic degree in clinical medicine, candidates with undergraduate degree in clinical medicine are preferred.
(4) The academic degree of stomatology gives priority to the candidates who are undergraduates majoring in stomatology.
(5) The preliminary examination results of the examinees must meet the requirements for Class A examinees in the basic requirements (academic or professional degrees) for the preliminary examination results of the national postgraduate enrollment in 2020 for the original majors and adjustment majors.
(6) The transferred major is the same or similar to the first volunteer's major.
(7) The subjects of the preliminary examination must be the same or similar to those of the transferred major. The foreign language of the preliminary examination should be English 1.
6、 Qualification review
Candidates who enter the re examination should prepare the following materials in electronic form (photos or scanned copies) according to different categories. Candidates should ensure that the photos or scanned copies of the materials are clearly visible. The electronic versions of the submitted materials must be sorted in the following order, scanned into a pdf file (within 10Mb) and uploaded to the online re examination system (pdf file is named as name+candidate number), The specific upload time and method will be notified later. After uploading, pay close attention to the review status in the system, and those who fail to submit materials again within the specified time according to the reasons for rejection. Candidates who fail to pass the qualification review before the re examination shall not participate in the re examination. two Non current undergraduate candidates
In addition to (1) - (5), the following materials shall be submitted:

7、 Re examination method:
In order to effectively ensure the life safety and health of the vast number of candidates and staff involved in the examination, in 2020, the postgraduate recruitment reexamination will be conducted online, and the "double recognition" (face recognition, identity card recognition) and "four comparison" technologies will be comprehensively used (compared with the application database of Xuexin Network, student status and education database, population information database of the Ministry of Public Security, and candidate integrity archive database) Strictly review the qualification of candidates. The order of the second examination, the members of the tutor group, and the second examination questions are randomly selected.
1. The network remote retest plan uses the China Mobile cloud examination room platform, and the platform network address will be announced separately after being determined. The "dual seat" setting is adopted (all devices do not support the Apple system). Please prepare the required devices in advance.
The "first plane" is located in front of the examinee, which is used to collect the examinee's audio and video sources for the second interview. Candidates should expose their hands so that the reexamination experts can clearly see the candidates' hand movements. All kinds of earphones are not allowed. It is recommended to use a laptop computer with a camera (if the camera and microphone configured on the laptop computer have good effect, it can be used directly; if the effect is not ideal, additional equipment is required; the desktop computer is equipped with a high-definition camera, microphone and speaker). The computer system is limited to Windows 7 or above, and the latest version of Chrome browser is installed. The "second slot" is used to collect and monitor the audio and video sources of the examinee's "first slot" display and the examinee's own image (placed behind the examinee's side) during the second interview. It is limited to smartphones or tablets above Android 5.0.
2. Other preparations:
Candidates should make full preparations for the second interview, flexibly deal with the problems encountered in the process of preparation for the second interview, create a software and hardware environment that meets the requirements of the second interview, keep the contact information unblocked, and timely pay attention to the relevant information released by the Graduate School.
(1) The second interview shall be conducted in an independent space with appropriate light, quiet, non-interference and relatively closed. Internet cafes, shopping malls, squares and other places that affect the audio and video effects and impair the seriousness of the second interview are not allowed. The room shall be kept clean and tidy, and other personnel shall not enter the site during the re examination;
(2) Good 4G network environment, stable broadband access, and online throughout the retest;
(3) If the network is unstable or the family has difficulties, you can consider booking a hotel room with stable broadband in advance to take the exam, and you must do a good job in personal protection and place environment epidemic prevention and disinfection;
(4) Turn off the telephone access function before the online retest to avoid affecting the exam;
(5) Do not change the mobile phone number when registering and pay attention to the official website notice in time;
(6) If Tencent Conference is selected as an alternative platform, candidates need to download and register their accounts in advance.
Attend the network remote retest on time at the time specified by our school. When participating in the re examination, the examinee must carry the original of the second generation ID card and the original of the entrance examination permit for identity authentication during the re examination. The relevant network reexamination arrangements and the login and operation procedures of the network reexamination platform will be published on the website of the Graduate School.
8、 Precautions
（1） Candidates who meet the bonus policy will enjoy the corresponding care policies according to the relevant national regulations after providing relevant certification materials and verification as required.
（2） Candidates are not allowed to disclose their names during the second interview.
（3） Candidates whose application category is orientation must submit the orientation training agreement (in triplicate, sealed by the employer of Party A and signed by Party C) as required after they decide to enroll, otherwise they will not be accepted as orientation.
（4） Those who cheat in the reexamination stage or provide false certification materials, and those who are found to have committed fraud in the entrance examination and other stages after admission, will be disqualified from admission or admission and reported to the superior competent department for handling according to relevant regulations.
（5） The two-way selection between the examinee and the tutor will be carried out online according to the relevant notice requirements after the re examination. At present, our school has 13 training bases for clinical medical professional degrees (see the relevant contents of our graduate school website - enrollment work - professional and master training base). Candidates to be admitted for clinical medical professional degrees first select the training bases from the highest to the lowest according to their admission scores, and then conduct two-way selection of candidates and supervisors in the admitted base.

4、 Admission
（1） The list of candidates to be admitted shall be determined according to the ranking of candidates' total scores, and in combination with their ideological and political performance, professional quality, physical and mental health and other factors.
（2） Candidates with the following conditions will not be admitted:
1. Absence from the second interview;
2. Those who violate discipline or cheat in examinations;
3. Those who are unqualified (less than 60 points) or not suitable for cultivation in the comprehensive evaluation of the expert group's second examination;
4. Those who fail to pass the ideological and moral assessment;
5. Those who fail to submit files as required;

The composition of the reexamination team and the reexamination work plan shall be submitted to each secondary college for review and filing.
The full score of the second examination is 100. According to the network remote retest mode, the characteristics of disciplines and specialties, and the training characteristics, carefully design the content of the retest, and try to use comprehensive and open ability test questions. The key test is to test the candidates' ideological and political quality and moral character, English level, professional level and comprehensive ability. Including 20 points for English listening and speaking ability test, 70 points for professional quality test (30 points for mastery of professional knowledge (including experimental skills or clinical skills test), 20 points for understanding of cutting-edge knowledge and research trends of the discipline, 20 points for understanding of the major (including professionalism), ideological and political performance, thinking logic and reaction ability Mental health and other comprehensive qualities 10 points.
The professional quality test part of the reexamination is the relevant knowledge of the major you are applying for.
The results of the re examination must be filled in the Table of Re examination of Postgraduates of Hebei Medical University in 2020 (Annex III). The reexamination form shall be reviewed and sealed by each secondary college, and submitted to the graduate college together with the Summary Form of Postgraduate Reexamination of Hebei Medical University in 2020 (Annex IV).
