In accordance with the Administrative Regulations on the Enrollment of Postgraduates in 2021 issued by the Ministry of Education, the Regulations on the Enrollment of Postgraduates in 2021 of Southeast University is formulated.
In 2021, our school will continue to adhere to the principle of recruiting students on demand, comprehensively measuring, selecting the best, and preferring absence to abuse. It plans to enroll about 6000 full-time postgraduate students (including academic and professional degrees) and part-time postgraduate students for master's degrees (the final enrollment plan document officially issued by the Ministry of Education shall prevail); It is planned to enroll about 2600 students who are recommended to be exempted from the examination both inside and outside the university (the number of candidates confirmed by the system will prevail).
The academic degrees of our school only enroll full-time master students, and some professional degree categories (fields) can enroll part-time master students. For details of enrollment majors, please refer to the List of Postgraduate Entrance Majors of Southeast University in 2021.
In principle, all full-time master students of our school are enrolled in the category of "non targeted employment" (except for special plans), and all part-time master students are enrolled in the category of "targeted employment".
Our school has done a good job in the prevention and control of COVID-19 epidemic to ensure the life safety and health of examinees and exam staff.
1、 Application conditions
(1) Citizens of the People's Republic of China.
(2) Support the leadership of the Communist Party of China, have good moral character, and abide by discipline and law.
(3) The physical condition meets the physical examination requirements stipulated by the state (refer to the Guidance on Physical Examination for Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities).
(4) The academic level of candidates must meet one of the following conditions:
1. Newly graduated undergraduates with nationally recognized academic qualifications (including graduates from ordinary colleges and universities, adult colleges and universities, adult higher education held by ordinary colleges and universities), self-study examinations and online education can graduate undergraduates at that time. Candidates must obtain a nationally recognized undergraduate diploma or the Certificate of Foreign Academic Degrees issued by the Overseas Study Service Center of the Ministry of Education before entering the university in the year of admission, or their admission qualification will be invalid.
2. Personnel with a nationally recognized bachelor's degree.
3. Persons who have obtained a nationally recognized higher vocational college diploma for at least 2 years (from graduation to the date of admission, the same below) or more, as well as undergraduate graduates with a nationally recognized diploma, meet the following conditions:, You can apply for the examination as an undergraduate with the same academic qualifications: 1) You can provide all required courses and transcripts of undergraduate majors similar to the major you are applying for, which are issued by the university educational administration department; 2) CET-4 is qualified; 3) The first author has published academic papers related to the major applied for in the core journals; 4) Generally, cross major applicants are not allowed.
4. Personnel who have obtained master's or doctor's degrees. Graduate students in school must obtain the consent of their training unit before applying for the examination.
(5) Candidates who apply for the 035101 law (non law) exam must, in addition to meeting the requirements of (I), (II), (III) and (IV), study a non law major before applying for the exam (graduates of law [code 0301] in the law category of the undergraduate specialty catalog of ordinary colleges and universities, graduates of law at the junior college level, and graduates of law in the form of self-study exam are not allowed to apply for the exam) 。
(6) Candidates who apply for the 105100 clinical medicine examination must be current or former undergraduate graduates who meet the requirements of the qualification examination for doctors, in addition to meeting the requirements of (1), (2), (3) and (4). In principle, those who have obtained the qualification certificate of standardized training for resident doctors shall not apply for the postgraduate degree of master of clinical medicine.
(7) Candidates who apply for the examination of 125100 Business Administration, 125200 Public Administration and 125601 Project Management must meet one of the following conditions in addition to the requirements of (I), (II) and (III): those who have more than 3 years of work experience after graduation from a university; Or those who have obtained a national recognized diploma from a vocational college or graduated from a college or university, have reached the same academic level as a college graduate and have more than 5 years of work experience; Or those who have more than 2 years of work experience after obtaining a master's or doctoral degree. The learning mode is "part-time", and the application type is "targeted employment".
125100 The relevant examination and enrollment policies for graduates of master of business administration degree shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Opinions of the Ministry of Education on Further Regulating the Education of Postgraduates of Master of Business Administration Degree (Jiao Yan [2016] No. 2).
(8) In addition to meeting the requirements of (I), (II) and (III), candidates applying for a separate examination must also meet the following conditions:
1. Application conditions: After obtaining a nationally recognized undergraduate degree, he has worked continuously in the field of financial big data analysis and mining and Internet financial management for more than 4 years or has worked for more than 2 years after obtaining a master's degree or a doctor's degree. He has excellent business, has won meritorious service awards at or above the provincial level for his work or scientific research achievements, and has published relevant research papers (technical reports), It has become the backbone of its business. Candidates must be approved by their units, recommended by two experts with senior professional and technical titles in relevant fields recognized by their units and our school, and can apply for the exam only after they have passed the qualification examination of our research recruitment office.
2. Enrollment major: 025100 Finance, research direction: financial big data analysis and mining and Internet financial emergency security management 3. The learning method is "part-time", and the application category is "targeted employment".
(9) The information such as the application qualification and enrollment quota of the ethnic minority high-level backbone talents plan shall be subject to the enrollment policy of the ethnic minority high-level backbone talents plan graduate students issued by the Ministry of Education that year. Candidates must send the Postgraduate Qualification Confirmation Form for Applying for the National Minority High level Backbone Talents Program with official seal to the Graduate Admissions Office of Southeast University before November 30, 2020. The application category is "targeted employment".
(10) Candidates who apply for the "retired college student soldier" special master's graduate enrollment plan should be college students who have been recruited and retired from active service and meet the conditions for applying for the master's degree (college students refer to full-time ordinary undergraduate and junior college students (including higher vocational colleges), graduate students, second bachelor's degree graduates, current students, and freshmen, As well as regular college (higher vocational) graduates, current students and new students enrolled in adult colleges, the same below. When registering, candidates should choose to fill in the special plan for retired college student soldiers, and fill in their enrollment information before enlistment, as well as relevant information such as enlistment and retirement. Candidates should be able to provide their "Certificate of Approval for enlistment" and "Certificate of Withdrawal from Active Service".
(11) National defense students and active servicemen must apply for the examination in accordance with the provisions of the relevant military departments and the Ministry of Education. Candidates for the strong military plan are limited to apply for the full-time professional degree related categories (fields) of our school, and must participate in the national unified examination. The score line of the second round exam is determined separately. The application category is "targeted employment".
(12) Southeast University Monash University Suzhou Joint Graduate School and Rennes Graduate School of Southeast University do not accept candidates for such special programs as the Strong Military Plan, the Ethnic Minority Backbone Plan, and the Retired College Student Soldier Plan.
(13) Some colleges have certain professional background requirements for enrollment majors. Please pay attention to the "Remarks" column of colleges and departments in the 2021 Master Admission Catalog.
2、 Sign up
1. Candidates should carefully understand and choose to fill in the application form in strict accordance with the application conditions and relevant policy requirements. If subsequent online confirmation (on-site confirmation), examination, reexamination or admission cannot be carried out due to non-compliance with the application conditions and relevant policy requirements, the consequences shall be borne by the examinee himself. Candidates should accurately fill in their online registration information and provide authentic materials as required. If the examinee is unable to take the exam, retest or enroll due to the wrong or false information filled in the online report, the consequences shall be borne by the examinee himself.
2. Registration includes online registration and online confirmation (on-site confirmation). New undergraduate graduates should choose the registration point designated by the provincial education recruitment and examination institution where the school is located to handle online registration and online confirmation (on-site confirmation) procedures; Candidates for independent examination and strong military plan must choose Southeast University registration point (3202) to go through online registration and online confirmation (on-site confirmation) procedures; Other candidates should choose the registration point designated by the provincial education recruitment and examination institution where they work or have registered permanent residence to handle online registration and online confirmation (on-site confirmation) procedures.
3. Candidates should log into the "China Postgraduate Enrollment Information Network" (public website: http://yz.chsi.com.cn, education website: http://yz.chsi.cn , hereinafter referred to as "Research Recruitment Network"), browse the application instructions, and apply according to the online announcement requirements of the Ministry of Education, provincial education recruitment and examination institutions, application sites and application units. During the registration period, the examinee can modify the online registration information or fill in the registration information again, but one examinee can only keep one valid registration information. The registration information shall not be modified after the deadline. Candidates should truthfully fill in the learning situation and provide authentic materials according to the requirements of the enrollment unit.
4. During the registration period, online verification will be carried out on the examinee's educational background (student status) information, and the examinee can view the verification results of educational background (student status) online. Candidates can also log into the "China Higher Education Student Information Network" (website: http://www.chsi.com.cn )Query your education (student status) information. Candidates who fail to pass the online verification of academic qualifications (student status) shall complete the verification of academic qualifications (student status) before the re examination.
5. All candidates who take part in the postgraduate entrance examination must register online, confirm online reporting information and collect their own images and other relevant electronic information according to the requirements of the registration site, and pay the registration fee as required. All candidates should carefully check and confirm their online registration information. The registration information will not be modified after being confirmed by the examinee, and all consequences caused by the examinee's filling errors will be borne by him/herself.
6. Candidates who choose to take part in the preliminary examination at Southeast University application site (3202) must strictly follow the requirements of the announcement of Southeast University application site; Candidates who choose to take part in the preliminary examination at a non local registration point must comply with the requirements of the local registration point. Those who have been accepted by the enrollment unit shall not apply for admission to the postgraduate examination of the same year, otherwise their qualification for admission will be cancelled.
3、 Preliminary test
1. Candidates can log in to the China Postgraduate Enrollment Information Network with their online username and password to download and print the Admission Certificate at the time specified by the Ministry of Education. The Examination Permit shall be printed on A4 white paper, and the front and back sides shall not be altered or written during use. Candidates can participate in the preliminary and second examinations with the downloaded and printed "Admission Card" and resident ID card.
2. The time of the preliminary examination shall be in accordance with the unified regulations of the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China. The preliminary examination shall be conducted in written form. See the enrollment specialty catalog for details of the subjects of the preliminary examination.
4、 Retest
1. Our school independently determines the requirements for examinees to enter the preliminary examination and other academic requirements. Candidates whose preliminary examination results meet the professional requirements of the college can participate in the re examination, and those who fail the re examination will not be admitted.
2. Our school implements the difference reexamination, and the difference ratio is generally not less than 120%.
3. Our school will formulate the reexamination admission method and the implementation rules of each department in accordance with the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education, and publish them to the public in advance on the school website and strictly implement them. The ideological and political theory examination for the master's degree in business administration, public administration, engineering management, accounting and other disciplines will be conducted in the re examination, and the results will be included in the total score of the re examination. The foreign language listening and speaking tests are conducted in the second interview, and the scores are included in the total scores of the second interview.
4. Candidates who participate in the second round exam with the same academic level must take at least two additional undergraduate major courses related to the major they are applying for. Additional subjects and requirements will be notified separately. They can take the second round exam only after passing the additional exam. Candidates with the same academic qualifications who apply for Master of Law (non law), Master of Business Administration, Master of Public Administration and Master of Engineering Management may not take additional examinations.
5. Other relevant bonus and care policies shall be subject to the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education.
6. Our school will strictly review the original application materials such as the resident ID card, academic degree certificate, academic status verification results, student ID card and the qualification of the candidates during the second interview. Those who do not meet the requirements will not be re examined, and the relevant consequences will be borne by the candidates themselves. If there is any problem in the verification of the examinee's educational background (student status) information, the examinee shall complete the verification of educational background (student status) before the re examination, and provide relevant supporting materials during the qualification examination.
7. The physical examination will be arranged after the candidates plan to enroll, and the specific time will be notified later. The standard of physical examination shall refer to the Guidance on Physical Examination for Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities revised by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health and the China Disabled Persons' Federation.
5、 Ideological and political quality and moral assessment
The ideological and political quality and moral character assessment is mainly to assess the examinee's actual performance, including the examinee's political attitude, ideological performance, moral quality, discipline and law compliance, honesty and trustworthiness. Those who fail the ideological and moral character assessment will not be admitted.
After the list of candidates is determined, our school will send the candidates' personnel files (or file review opinions) and their actual performance and other materials to their units to comprehensively examine their ideological, political and moral status. The actual performance materials of the candidates transferred by correspondence shall be stamped by the candidate's file or the personnel and political department of the unit where the candidate works.
6、 Admission
Our school determines the list of candidates according to the national enrollment plan, reexamination admission method, and the candidates' initial and reexamination results, ideological and political performance, physical and mental health, etc.
Postgraduates with targeted employment shall sign targeted employment contracts with enrollment units and employers respectively before being admitted. The problems arising from the candidates' application for the master's degree and their units shall be handled by the candidates themselves. If the examinee is unable to re take the exam or cannot be admitted due to this, the enrollment unit will not be responsible.
The application information confirmed by the candidates will not be modified at the admission stage, and those who do not meet the requirements will not be admitted. Candidates who fail to pass or complete the examination of academic qualifications (student status) shall not be listed in the proposed enrollment list for publicity or reporting.
The current undergraduate graduates and those who can take the self-study examination and online education will be eligible for graduation at that time. Those who have not obtained the undergraduate diploma recognized by the state at the time of admission will have no admission qualification.
7、 Other instructions
1. The "number of students to be enrolled" announced in the enrollment directory of our school in 2021 is the number of students to be enrolled for the examination, excluding the number of students to be enrolled for the promotion and exemption of master's degree. The number of students to be enrolled in the examination will change (increase or decrease) according to the number of enrollment plans officially issued by the Ministry of Education and the number of master students actually admitted and exempted. Please refer to the "Historical Data" on the homepage of the Research and Recruitment Office for the statistics of the reexamination score and enrollment of each enrollment major in our school in recent years.
2. According to the spirit of the relevant documents of the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Education, all postgraduate students included in the enrollment plan must pay tuition fees. After being approved by the price department of Jiangsu Province, our school's tuition standards for postgraduate students in 2021 can be found in the website announcement.
3. Full time master students of our school will participate in the evaluation of awards and grants, while part-time master students will not participate in the evaluation of awards and grants.
4. The part-time master students admitted by our school will not be accommodated in the dormitory.
5. Our school does not hold any form of pre exam tutoring classes; No examination questions and review materials are provided.
6. If the examinee is found to have false declaration materials, cheating in the examination and other acts in violation of the examination discipline, our school will notify the unit to which he belongs, and will seriously deal with him in accordance with the Measures for Handling Violations of National Education Examination issued by the Ministry of Education.
7. Other enrollment policies shall be subject to the Administrative Regulations on the Enrollment of Postgraduates in 2021.
