2、 Organizational management
（1） School organization management

The professional reexamination team is responsible for checking the examinees' English listening and speaking level, innovation ability, professional quality and comprehensive quality, and scoring the examinees quantitatively. Each expert group shall have 1-2 assistants (secretaries) to coordinate and record. Audio and video recordings of the whole process of the retest shall be kept for future inspection as required.
3、 Re examination score
(1) The school delimits the score line of the second round exam according to the "Basic Requirements for the First Round Exam Results of the 2021 National Postgraduate Entrance Examination Candidates to Enter the Second Round Exam" (hereinafter referred to as the national line) issued by the Ministry of Education, as well as the online student source and planned proportion of our school.
(2) The basic score of medical professional degrees (1051 clinical medicine, 1052 stomatology, 1054 nursing, 1057 traditional Chinese medicine, including integrated traditional and western medicine) in our school is: no less than 41 points for a single subject (total score=100 subjects), no less than 123 points for a single subject (total score greater than 100 subjects), and no less than 305 points for a total score. All candidates below the score line are not allowed to apply for adjusting our medical professional degrees (i.e. 1051 clinical medicine, 1054 nursing, 1052 stomatology, 1057 traditional Chinese medicine including integrated traditional and western medicine).
(3) The score line for single examinees in the second interview is: no less than 30 points for a single subject (total score=100 points for subjects), no less than 75 points for a single subject (total score is 150 points for subjects), no less than 150 points for a single subject (total score is 300 points for subjects), and no less than 270 points for a single subject.
(4) The score line of the planned reexamination of college students' retired soldiers is: no less than 30 points in a single subject (total score=100 subjects), no less than 75 points in a single subject (total score is 150 subjects), no less than 150 points in a single subject (total score is 300 subjects), and no less than 270 points in a single subject; No less than 30 points for single subject of MPA specialty, and no less than 140 points in total.

4、 Re examination object
(1) According to the sub specialty plan, if the number of one volunteer who goes to the national level exceeds 120% of the enrollment plan of the specialty, the re examination score line of the specialty shall be determined according to the difference ratio of 120%~150% (no more than 150%); Candidates whose preliminary examination results meet the requirements of the re examination score line of the major and who pass the qualification examination.
1. If the number of people willing to go to the national level (excluding medical professional degrees) is less than 120% of the enrollment plan of this major, all online candidates will be included in the re examination list.
One who has volunteered to go to the national level but has not reached the basic score line of medical professional degree of our university, even if the number of applicants for the professional level is less than 120% of the enrollment plan, he/she shall not be included in the re examination list.
(2) The list of candidates for the re examination shall be determined according to the national adjustment policy and the requirements of the adjustment announcement issued by our university. The detailed list of candidates for the second round exam will be distributed by the Graduate Recruitment Office in batches and posted online.

5、 Re examination schedule
In principle, the postgraduate reexamination of our university is carried out in two batches. The first volunteer candidates are scheduled to take the reexamination on March 26-30, 2021, and in principle, the offline centralized reexamination is the main way (in principle, the online reexamination is adopted by colleges outside the province, and the platform is China Mobile Cloud Examination Center).
The re examination time of the transferred candidates is April 7-20, 2021 (depending on the transfer of each college, it is expected to be concentrated on October 11).

The school uniformly organizes psychological tests, reexamination qualification review and written examinations for professional courses (excluding schools that do not hold a voluntary reexamination for the time being such as Yiyang Central Hospital and Medical College). 7、 Contents and requirements of retest
Re examination content: mainly based on the assessment of undergraduate main courses and basic skills. It includes foreign language listening and speaking tests, professional course examinations, and examination of examinees' comprehensive qualities and abilities; The written examination, the combination of experiment and clinical operation, and comprehensive interview can be adopted for all aspects of investigation. Candidates with the same academic qualifications must also take two major undergraduate courses; Candidates for a degree in public management must take an additional examination of ideological and political theory.
The contents of the re examination are as follows:
（1） Assessment of ideological and political quality and moral quality
According to the Ideological and Political Situation of the Postgraduate Candidates for the Second Examination of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (Realistic Performance Materials), the examination will be graded as qualified and unqualified, and the unqualified examination content will not be accepted.
（2） Professional course examination
The form of the examination is written, and the time is 90 minutes in principle, with a full score of 100 points. The Graduate School will organize experts to make propositions according to the first level discipline or the second level discipline (the same discipline does not distinguish the degree type), mainly assessing students' mastery of the basic theory, basic knowledge, discipline frontier and basic skills of the discipline, as well as their ability to use basic knowledge and theory to analyze and solve problems. （3） A survey of foreign language listening and speaking ability

The time is generally not less than 5 minutes, and the full score is 100 points.
（4） Comprehensive quality and ability inspection Comprehensive interview, experiment or clinical operation are adopted. Comprehensively investigate the students' ideological and political quality and morality, humanistic quality, behavior, expression, etiquette, and the degree of mastering the basic theory, basic knowledge, discipline frontier and basic skills of the major, as well as the ability to use the basic knowledge and theory learned to analyze and solve problems, scientific research ability, and innovation ability (refer to the examinee's academic achievements and work achievements at the university stage) 。 The time is generally not less than 20 minutes (including the foreign language listening and speaking ability assessment), and the full score is 100. The single examinee must also submit the certificate of application recommended by the unit and the recommendation letter of two professors or experts equivalent to the professional title of professors (the submitted examinee need not submit repeatedly). The submitted materials will not be returned whether they are accepted or not. Candidates who have not undergone or passed the qualification examination will not be admitted. 9、 Payment standard and method of retest fee According to the Notice on Strengthening the Management of Postgraduate Fees in Hunan Province (XFGJF [2018] No. 99) issued by the Hunan Provincial Development and Reform Commission, the re examination fee for postgraduate enrollment is 120 yuan/student. Candidates must pay the re examination fee online through the "China Construction Bank APP" before participating in the re examination (see Annex 6 for the operation process). Due to the delay of data update, candidates who have been transferred should log in to the system 12 hours after receiving the notice of re examination to pay. The re examination fee will not be refunded once paid.
10、 Score calculation and admission
（1） Weight of preliminary and secondary examination results

（3） Admission principle
1. The score of 180 points in the retest is the qualified line, and the score below 180 points is unqualified, and will not be accepted. 2. Ideological and political quality and moral character assessment and physical examination will not be quantified into the total score, but those who fail the assessment will not be admitted.
3. The college enrollment leading group will determine the proposed enrollment list through collective research according to the final scores of candidates in the reexamination according to the specialty plan, and the university graduate enrollment leading group will discuss and determine the proposed enrollment list.
4. All the qualified candidates in the second round examination have the qualification to be admitted. If the candidates in this discipline give up, they will be admitted according to their final scores in the corresponding batch of qualified candidates in the second round examination.
5. Any candidate who has violated the discipline and committed fraud will not be admitted once verified. 11、 Coordination work
（1） Basic principles of coordination
1. Meet the application requirements for transfer to the major specified in our enrollment brochure and specialty catalog.
2. The preliminary examination results (single subject, total score) must meet the requirements of the re examination score line specified by the corresponding majors of our school.
3. The major applied for transfer is the same or similar to that of the first volunteer, and within the same discipline category.
4. The subjects of the preliminary examination are the same or similar to the subjects of the preliminary examination of the transferred major, and the subjects of the national unified proposition of the preliminary examination should be the same as the subjects of the national unified proposition of the transferred major (if the subjects of the unified examination of the preliminary examination of the candidates cover all the subjects of the unified examination of the transferred major, it is deemed to be the same).
5. The public management specialty of our school only accepts candidates who meet the requirements of applying for the degree of public management specialty (new students cannot apply for the degree), that is, the first volunteer candidates to apply for the master's degree in business administration, public management, tourism management, engineering management, accounting, library and information, and auditing. When applying for the transfer of our school's public management major, the examinee's initial examination score must reach the national line of Class A region of the transfer major.
6. Candidates applying for master's degree in clinical medicine or traditional Chinese medicine (including integrated traditional and western medicine) can be transferred to other majors (academic degrees) according to relevant policies. Candidates applying for other majors (including academic degrees in medicine) cannot be transferred to clinical medicine or traditional Chinese medicine (including integrated traditional and western medicine) professional degrees.
7. The basic rules for our school to accept the transfer are as follows: for the transfer candidates who apply for the same major in our school in the same batch and have the same primary examination subjects, they shall be selected according to their initial examination results. For the transferred candidates who apply for the same major in our school in the same batch and whose initial examination subjects are not completely the same, the total scores of the candidates are not comparable due to the difference between the candidates who volunteer to apply for the university, and the candidates who are selected to enter the list of candidates for the second examination are selected based on the comprehensive selection of the candidates' initial examination subject scores, professional relevance and other factors.
8. All transfer candidates must pass the "National Master Admission Transfer Service System" (website http://yz.chsi.com.cn ）Conduct online coordination, otherwise it will be invalid.
9. The duration of each opening of the dispensing system in our school is not less than 12 hours, and the time for candidates to lock up their dispensing volunteers is not more than 36 hours. The specific dispensing time will be notified later.

Those who have relatives to take part in the re examination are not allowed to take part in the re examination.
1. Implement the accountability system: the leading group for postgraduate enrollment work of the college is fully responsible for the fairness and impartiality of the re examination process and the re examination results, improve the supervision of the re examination work process, and seriously deal with disciplinary violations. The main person in charge of the college is the first responsible person.
2. Implement the supervision and inspection system: the discipline inspection and supervision department and the graduate school conduct comprehensive and effective inspection and supervision on the reexamination work.
3. Implement the reconsideration system. During the publicity period, the Office of the Graduate Enrollment Leading Group of the University and the Graduate Enrollment Leading Group of the University are responsible for receiving the complaints and appeals of the examinees. 15、 Safety management
1. The graduate school and each enrollment college should timely collect the information of all experts participating in the reexamination work in their own departments, and check their health status; Carry out epidemic prevention related training for experts and staff involved in the reexamination, and do a good job in protection. The school hospital and the logistics support office are responsible for providing protective equipment for experts and staff, and disinfecting all the school re examination workplaces one by one according to the requirements for the prevention and treatment of COVID-19, and ensuring environmental hygiene and good ventilation; The Security Office is responsible for temperature detection and security of staff.
3. The Publicity and United Front Work Department is responsible for the prevention and guidance of public opinion and the notification and explanation of public opinion; The Information Construction Department is responsible for network support, ensuring smooth network during the re examination, and creating a good working environment and atmosphere for postgraduate enrollment re examination. 4. The graduate school and each enrollment college shall, together with the security office, the university hospital, logistics and other departments, track the candidates coming to the university for reexamination, take temperature measurements according to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control, and provide necessary protective equipment (such as masks, disinfectant, etc.). 16、 Other instructions 1. The school can dynamically adjust the enrollment plan of each college according to the work schedule and the completion of the enrollment plan of each college. The unfinished enrollment plan will be recovered and redistributed by the school. 2. Each college shall operate in strict accordance with the reexamination admission requirements and time schedule formulated by the state and the school, and shall not determine its own admission method beyond its authority. 4. If the examinee has violated the rules during the re examination, once verified, he/she will be severely punished in accordance with the provisions of the Measures for Handling Violations of National Education Examination and the Interim Measures for Handling Violations of Enrollment in Ordinary Colleges and Universities, and his/her admission qualification will be cancelled and recorded in the Record of Examinees' Integrity in Examinations. Re examination form: oral and written examination, experiment and clinical operation.
Re examination content: mainly based on the assessment of undergraduate main courses and basic skills. Foreign language listening and speaking tests, professional course examinations, and examination of the overall quality and ability of candidates. Candidates with the same academic qualifications must take two major undergraduate courses, and candidates for the degree of public management must take an additional examination of ideological and political theory. Specifically:
（1） Professional course examination
The form of examination is written examination. The time is 2 hours in principle, and the full score is 100 points. Relevant colleges set their own questions according to the first level discipline or the second level discipline, mainly assessing students' mastery of the basic theory, basic knowledge, discipline frontier and basic skills of the discipline, as well as their ability to use basic knowledge and theory to analyze and solve problems.

（2） Comprehensive quality and ability inspection
The interview, experiment or clinical operation are combined. Comprehensively investigate the students' ideological and political quality and morality, humanistic quality, behavior, expression, etiquette, and the degree of mastering the basic theory, basic knowledge, discipline frontier and basic skills of the major, as well as the ability to use the basic knowledge and theory learned to analyze and solve problems, scientific research ability, and innovation ability (refer to the examinee's academic achievements and work performance at the university stage). The time is generally no less than 20 minutes, and the full score is 100. Each candidate must have written records and scores for the comprehensive quality and ability assessment.
（3） Foreign language listening and speaking ability inspection:
For the investigation of foreign language listening and speaking ability, each college will arrange two or more English teachers to investigate students' foreign language listening and speaking ability in the form of oral dialogue. The time is generally not less than 5 minutes, and the full score is 100 points.
（4） Additional test requirements for equivalent academic qualifications
Candidates with the same academic level (including adult education, self-taught examination, online education and previous undergraduate graduates who can graduate before September 1, 2019) must take two additional college backbone courses, and the additional subjects must not be the same as those of professional courses. The examination is organized by each college. The examination time for each subject is 2 hours, and the full score is 100 points. Those who fail to pass the additional examination of the same academic level will not be admitted. Additional subjects of each discipline are as follows
Candidates with the same academic qualifications who apply for the Master of Public Administration may not take additional examinations.

6、 Re examination qualification review
Candidates who take part in the second interview will first go to the postgraduate recruitment office for qualification review on April 10-12, and must carry the following materials when receiving the notice of the second interview:
1. Freshmen: must carry the original of the second generation ID card, the original of the entrance examination permit, the original of the student card or the online student status authentication report of Xuexin Network.
2. Past students: they must carry the original of the second generation ID card, the original of the entrance examination permit, the original of the undergraduate diploma, the original of the bachelor's degree certificate, and the copy of the Electronic Registration Form of the Academic Credentials of the Ministry of Education or the Chinese Higher Education Academic Credentials Certification Report downloaded from the Xuexin website of the Ministry of Education before conducting the on-site qualification review. Candidates who have obtained a bachelor's degree certificate or graduated from a junior college should also submit a junior college diploma; For candidates who have obtained degrees abroad, the certification report issued by the Overseas Study Service Center of the Ministry of Education shall be provided.
3. Single examinees must also provide their undergraduate transcripts, two letters of recommendation from experts with the professional and technical titles above deputy high, and the Targeted Employment Agreement signed by the unit in quadruplicate.
4. Candidates for the plan of college student ex servicemen must also provide the original and copy of the "Approval for enlistment" and the "Withdrawal from active service card".
5. Political Review Form for Postgraduates Studying for Master's Degree in Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (the political review form should be stamped by the personnel and political work departments of the unit where the file is located; the personnel without learning or working unit can ask the sub district office to issue relevant certificates)
Note: ① If the ID card is lost, the local police station where the household registration is located must issue a household registration certificate, and stick my photo on the certificate and stamp the official seal on the perforation.
② If the student ID card is lost, the student ID certificate must be issued by the student ID management department of the school where the student ID card is located, and a photo of the student must be pasted on the certificate with the official seal on the perforation, or the online student ID certification report of Xuexin Network must be provided.
③ The paid re examination fee will not be refunded for those who have not participated in the re examination after payment. (Re examination fee: 120 yuan/person, see XJJ [2013] No. 110 document for charging standard)
④ All candidates who take part in the re examination must undergo qualification examination, and those who fail to undergo or pass the qualification examination will not be admitted.
