1、 Re examination arrangement
（1） Re examination schedule
The second interview time for a volunteer candidate is planned to be held from March 24 to April 15, 2022, and the details are determined by each college. The time for the second interview of the candidates to be transferred will be determined after the adjustment system of the Ministry of Education is opened.
（2） Re examination mode
The "enrollment remote reexamination system" of Xuexin Network is adopted to carry out the network remote reexamination work, with double seats and full process audio and video recording. Tencent conference, nail and other third-party platforms are used as backup retest systems.
（3） Re examination fee
For this second round exam, a volunteer candidate will not be charged a second round exam fee, but a transfer candidate will be charged a second round exam fee, the standard is 100 yuan/student (Note: if a candidate attends a second round exam, the fee will be charged once).
II Re examination admission method
（1） Basic requirements for retest
1. The basic score line for a volunteer candidate to enter the reexamination is the national score line of Category A in 2022, and the planned score line for retired college soldiers is the total score line of Category A, which will be reduced by 25 points. The specific score line will be determined and announced by each college according to the actual situation on the basis of not lower than the basic requirements.
2. The basic requirements for candidates to receive transfers shall be determined by the College independently.
（2） Re examination procedure
1. Candidates are included in the re examination list after qualification review, and make preparations for the re examination.
2. The reexamination team debugs the reexamination platform and rehearses the reexamination process in advance.
3. Candidates enter the examination room in the order randomly generated by the re examination team.
4. The reexamination team checks the candidates' reexamination place and rechecks the candidates' information.
5. The reexamination group read out the rules of the examination room and announced the beginning of the reexamination. The duration of the written examination shall not be less than 5 minutes, and the duration of the second interview shall not be less than 20 minutes.
6. The reexamination team announces the end of the exam.
7. If necessary, the reexamination team may reexamine the candidates.
（3） Re examination proportion
The proportion of difference reexamination shall not be less than 120% in general, and the details shall be determined by the College of Admission according to the actual situation.
（4） Re examination assessment method
1. Written examination subject assessment: random selection of test questions, oral answers on the spot or written examination, etc.
2. Practice link assessment: it is conducted by combining interview and examinee submission.
3. Foreign language listening and speaking tests: conducted in the interview, and the scores are included in the second interview scores.
（5） Re examination assessment content
According to the training objectives, the difficulty is moderate, which is convenient to check the professional quality and ability of candidates.
1. Subject of written retest
The examination shall be conducted according to the subjects selected by the examinee for the written re examination. Among them, the examination of ideological and political theory of Master of Accounting, Master of Business Administration and Master of Engineering Management is conducted in the written examination, and the results are included in the re examination results.
2. Second interview
(1) Professional quality and ability. Including foreign language listening and speaking ability.
(2) Comprehensive quality and ability. Including ideological and political quality and moral quality. 3. In addition to the above assessment contents, through the examinee's university transcripts and other supplementary materials,
Conduct a comprehensive examination of the candidates.
（6） Assessment of ideological and political quality and moral quality
It is mainly conducted in the re examination, which mainly assesses the examinees' actual performance, including their political attitude, ideological performance, moral quality, discipline and law compliance, honesty and trustworthiness, and adopts the "correspondence" method for supplementary assessment.
（7） Additional examination with the same academic level
The examinees with the same academic qualifications will take two additional undergraduate main courses related to the major they are applying for and different from the subjects in the preliminary examination. The examination method is the same as that of the written subjects in the second examination, which will be conducted within one week after the second examination.
（8） Score calculation method and bonus principle
1. Re examination results. The score of the second examination is 100%. Re examination score=a * Re examination written score+b * Re examination interview score (a and b are weighted coefficients, a+b=1). If the re examination score is less than 60 points, you will not be admitted.
2. Total enrollment score. The total score should be 100 points. Total enrollment score=c * preliminary examination score (converted into a hundred point system)+d * re examination score, which accounts for 30% - 50%. Where: c and d are weighting coefficients, c+d=1.
3. The assessment of ideological and political quality and moral quality will not be included in the total score, and the unqualified will not be admitted.
4. The results of the additional courses of the candidates with the same academic qualifications will not be included in the re examination results, and those who fail will not be admitted.
5. Bonus principle
Strictly follow the relevant policies of the Ministry of Education.
（9） Exceptional retest
In principle, there is no exceptional retest.
（10） Admission work
1. According to the ranking of the total enrollment scores, and in combination with the ideological and political performance and physical health status, the proposed admission opinions are proposed.
2. The college determines the list of candidates. If necessary, the examinee can be retested.
3. The college publicizes the list of candidates to be admitted, and issues the political review form and the file transfer letter to the unit where the candidates are located.
4. The postgraduate of Targeted Employment shall sign a targeted employment contract before being admitted.
5. The school will publish the list of candidates for admission for at least 10 working days.
6. The application information confirmed by the examinee will not be modified in the re examination and admission stages, and those who do not meet the requirements will not be admitted. The current undergraduate graduates and those who can take the self-study examination and online education will be eligible for graduation at that time. Those who have not obtained the undergraduate diploma recognized by the state at the time of admission will have no admission qualification.
7. The admission work is strictly in accordance with national policies and regulations, and does not limit the source of students according to units, industries, regions, school levels and categories, nor set other discriminatory conditions.
3、 Method of coordination
（1） Basic requirements for adjusting student resources
1. Must meet the application conditions of the transferred major.
2. The preliminary examination results should meet the 2022 national score line of Category A in the first volunteer major.
The planned score for retired college soldiers is 25 points lower than that for Class A areas, and no points lower for any single subject.
The details shall be determined and announced by each college according to the actual situation on the basis of not less than the basic requirements.
3. The transferred major is the same or similar to the first volunteer's major, and within the same discipline category (majors that can be awarded degrees in different disciplines can be transferred across disciplines within the first level discipline of the corresponding specialty).
4. The subjects of the preliminary examination are the same or similar to the subjects of the preliminary examination of the transferred major, and the subjects of the national unified proposition of the preliminary examination should be the same as the subjects of the national unified proposition of the transferred major (if the subjects of the unified examination of the preliminary examination of the candidates cover all the subjects of the unified examination of the transferred major, it is deemed to be the same).
5. According to the talent selection requirements of our school, English (I) and English (II) can be regarded as the same in the national unified subjects; Mathematics (I) and Mathematics (II) can be regarded as the same; Candidates whose primary examination subject is Mathematics (III) cannot be transferred to the subject (specialty) whose primary examination subject is Mathematics (I) or Mathematics (II); Candidates with 396 economic comprehensive ability in the preliminary examination cannot be transferred to mathematics (I), mathematics (II) or mathematics in the preliminary examination
（3） Discipline (specialty) of. The details shall be determined by each enrollment college on the basis of not lower than the standard according to the requirements of talent selection, and explained in the adjustment method. 6. Our school only enrolls candidates whose foreign language is English for the first time, and in principle does not accept applications for transfer from non English candidates.
7. Candidates who are the first to apply for master's degree in business administration, public administration, engineering management, tourism management, accounting, library and information, and auditing can apply for mutual transfer on the basis of meeting the requirements for transfer to other majors, but cannot be transferred to other majors. The specific requirements are determined by each enrollment college; Candidates of other majors cannot be transferred to the above majors.
8. Full time or part-time candidates who meet the basic conditions for national transfer can be transferred between full-time or part-time plans according to their own wishes, provided that they meet the conditions for applying for the corresponding majors determined by each college.
9. The part-time postgraduate students can only accept the transfer of on-the-job targeted employment personnel.
10. Candidates who apply for the special plan of "retired college student soldiers" and apply for transfer to the general plan for admission, their initial examination results must meet the basic requirements of the national initial examination results in the discipline category (professional degree category) of the relevant specialty in the transfer area. Those who meet the conditions can enjoy the policy of bonus points for the initial examination of retired college student soldiers according to the regulations.
11. Candidates who apply for the general plan and meet the conditions for applying for the special plan of "retired college student soldiers" can apply for transfer to the special plan for admission, and their initial test scores must meet the requirements of our school for the initial test scores of candidates who accept the special plan of "retired college student soldiers". The examinees who are transferred to the special plan of "retired college student soldiers" will no longer enjoy the policy of bonus points for the first test of retired college student soldiers.
（2） Coordination Procedure
1. Publish coordination methods and plan balance information.
2. The college announces the opening and closing time of the dispensing system, and the opening time of the system each time shall not be less than 12 hours.
3. Reallocation applications can be received during the opening of the reallocation service system. All candidates for reassignment (including on campus reassignment and the "Retired College Student Soldier Plan") must apply for reassignment through the "National Master Admission and Adjustment Service System", otherwise they will not be admitted.
4. Candidates should fill in and submit the reallocation application within the opening time of the reallocation system, otherwise the application will be invalid. The time for candidates to adjust and volunteer is 36 hours. 5. After the reallocation system is closed, the College will select qualified candidates to participate in the re examination according to the basic requirements (selection criteria) for entering the re examination and the plan balance, and send the notice of re examination through the reallocation service system. 6. The candidate replies and agrees to "participate in the re examination" within the specified time of the college through the adjustment service system, otherwise it will be deemed as giving up the qualification for the re examination. 7. The college will review the qualification of candidates who agree to participate in the reexamination, and publish the list of candidates who have passed the qualification review and entered the reexamination on the website. Those who fail the qualification examination will not be re examined. 8. The college organizes a second interview. Candidates must participate in the re examination on time after confirming the re examination notice. Otherwise, it will be deemed as automatically giving up the qualification for re examination. 9. After the re examination, the College will send the notice of waiting for admission to the candidates to be admitted through the transfer service system. 10. Candidates can query the information of candidates to be admitted through the coordination service system, and reply and agree to the status of "to be admitted" within the specified time of the college, otherwise it will be deemed as giving up the admission qualification. 11. The college publishes the list of candidates on its website. 12.
