1、 Application conditions
（1） Citizens of the People's Republic of China. Support the leadership of the Communist Party of China, have good moral character, and abide by discipline and law.
（2） The physical condition meets the physical examination requirements specified by the state.
（3） Obtained the qualification of graduate student recommended to study without examination in 2023.
（4） Meet the enrollment conditions of the major, see the Regulations of Dalian Maritime University on Postgraduate Enrollment in 2023 for details. In addition, candidates who apply for the legal (non legal) 02 direction (international arbitration direction) or legal (law) 02 direction (international arbitration direction) must pass the National College English Test Band 6 or the Japanese International Proficiency Test.

2、 Incentive policy

3. （2） Materials that must be carried and submitted by examinees during the second examination
All candidates must carry their valid ID cards to participate in the re examination.
In addition, direct doctoral students must submit to the College a complete and accurate Registration Form for Enrolling Doctoral Degree Postgraduates in Dalian Maritime University in 2023 (see Annex 6 for the template) and two Expert Recommendation Letters (see Annex 7 for the template) before the re examination.
Note: The Expert Recommendation should be written by professors in the subject (specialty) or persons with equivalent professional and technical titles, and one of the two recommendations should be the written recommendation of the applicant instructor.
