Please read carefully and strictly abide by the following requirements for the candidates who choose our school as the registration point.
1、 Registration conditions
Candidates must meet the entry requirements specified in the National Regulations on Enrollment of Postgraduates in 2023 and the Regulations on Enrollment of Postgraduates in 2023 of Beijing University of Chemical Technology, and meet the relevant requirements of the enrollment unit and the entrance site (1110) of Beijing University of Chemical Technology.
2、 Registration method and time
（1） In 2023, the application for the national postgraduate entrance examination will include two stages: online application and online confirmation. All candidates must log on to the "China Postgraduate Enrollment Information Network"（ https://yz.chsi.com.cn ）Fill in the online information, pay the initial examination fee online, and confirm online according to the announcement requirements of the selected registration site.
（2） The online forecast name is from September 24 to 27, 2022, 9:00-22:00 every day; Online registration time is 9:00-22:00 every day from October 5 to 25, 2022.
3、 Arrangement of examination room at the registration point
The examination places of Beijing University of Chemical Technology are located in Chaoyang Campus (No. 15, North Third Ring East Road, Chaoyang District) and Changping Campus (No. 29, Nanjian Road, Nankou Town, Changping District). Our registration center will arrange the test location according to the candidates' registration status and the capacity of the two campuses. 4、 Selection of application sites
Candidates who meet the following conditions can choose our school as the registration site, and other candidates should choose the registration site according to the requirements of the Beijing Municipal Newspaper Examination Site Selection Regulations. Candidates who do not meet the following conditions may not choose our school as an application site.
（1） Enrollment units in Beijing
1. 2. Candidates who apply for the "Beijing Recruitment Unit" must meet one of the following conditions:
(1) Fresh undergraduate graduates from universities in Beijing (including regular colleges and universities, adult colleges and universities, adult higher education held by regular colleges and universities and other fresh undergraduate graduates);
(2) Non recent graduates with household registration in Beijing;
(3) Non recent graduates who work in Beijing and have paid basic endowment insurance or basic medical insurance (excluding supplementary payment; insurance deferred during the epidemic period shall be subject to Beijing's deferred payment policy) in 2022 (January to September) for more than 6 consecutive months in Beijing;
(4) Candidates for the second bachelor's degree in universities in Beijing.
（2） Enrollment units outside Beijing
1. "Recruiting units outside Beijing" refers to those institutions that do not include military colleges and universities, and those institutions that have special requirements such as the use of drawing boards for the examination of "Business Class 2" for more than 3 hours, and the first digit of the examination subject code is "5".
2. If the new graduates of Beijing University of Chemical Technology apply for the entrance examination of the enrollment units outside Beijing in the form of "national unified examination", they must choose our university as the application site.
3. If other candidates choose our school as the registration site for enrollment outside Beijing, they should meet the following requirements:
(1) The province (city) of the applicant is Qinghai, Ningxia or Chongqing; However, the registered majors do not include: 1251 Business Administration, 1252 Public Management, 1253 Accounting, 1254 Tourism Management, 1255 Library and Information, 1256 Project Management, 0257 Audit, 035101 Law (non law), 035102 Law (law).
(2) The identity of the candidate meets one of the following conditions:
① Graduates from colleges and universities in Beijing who do not have registration centers;
② Graduated from an art school in Beijing;
③ Non recent graduates with household registration in Beijing;
④ Non recent graduates who work in Beijing and have paid basic endowment insurance or basic medical insurance (excluding supplementary payment; insurance deferred during the epidemic period shall be subject to Beijing's deferred payment policy) in 2022 (January to September) for more than 6 consecutive months in Beijing;
⑤ Candidates for the second bachelor's degree in universities in Beijing.
（3） Individual examination
Candidates who apply for the separate examination of Beijing University of Chemical Technology must choose our university as the application site, and do not need to meet the above requirements.
5、 Weblog requirements
（1） Online information
1. 3. Candidates should read carefully and choose the application form in strict accordance with the application conditions and relevant policy requirements. If the subsequent online confirmation, examination (including preliminary examination and reexamination) or admission cannot be carried out due to non-compliance with the application conditions and relevant policy requirements, or because the examinee himself/herself has filled in the wrong information, filled in false information, submitted false materials and failed to submit the required materials as required, the consequences shall be borne by the examinee himself/herself.
4. During online registration, our school will regularly release online registration information for any questions. Please follow the relevant notice on the website of the Graduate School of Beijing University of Chemical Technology. Candidates who do not meet the requirements of the registration site of our school should modify the registration site in time to avoid being unable to participate in online confirmation and examination.
5. Candidates who are studying for the second bachelor's degree should indicate "the second bachelor's degree of XX school is studying" when registering.
（2） Education (student status) verification
During online reporting, the registration system will verify the information of candidates' academic qualifications (student status) online, and candidates can view the verification results of academic qualifications (student status) online. Candidates can also log on to the China Higher Education Student Information Network to query their academic qualifications (student status) before or during registration.
Candidates who fail to pass the online academic qualification (student status) verification should go to the authoritative certification authority of student status and academic qualifications for certification in a timely manner, and must complete the academic qualification (student status) verification within the specified time limit of the enrollment unit.
（3） Online payment
Candidates who choose the application site of Beijing University of Chemical Technology must pay the initial examination fee by "online payment" before the online registration deadline (22:00 on October 25, 2022) after submitting the online information. After the payment is successful, the examinee must complete online confirmation within the specified time at our registration point, otherwise the registration will be invalid. 6、 Online confirmation
My registration point is confirmed online. After online registration, candidates who choose Beijing University of Chemical Technology as the application site and meet the requirements of our application site must confirm online before November 5, 2022.
Before online confirmation, our registration site will issue the Instructions for Online Confirmation of Candidates in 2023 of Beijing University of Chemical Technology Journal Examination Site (1110), which will detail the online confirmation process and precautions. Please pay attention to the relevant notices of the Research Recruitment Website, the website of the Graduate School of Beijing University of Chemical Technology and the WeChat official account (buct_yzb) of the Research Recruitment Office before and after online confirmation. The registration information is invalid for candidates who have not participated in online confirmation within the time specified by our registration center or have not been approved by our registration center or the enrollment unit for their own reasons. If the application information filled in by the examinee is inconsistent with the application conditions, the examination shall not be granted.
Candidates must prepare relevant materials as required during online confirmation.
（1） All candidates must upload materials
1. One inch photo (for admission card photo): the front, bareheaded, no makeup, color one inch electronic ID photo (white background) of the candidate in the last three months, with a width to height ratio of 3:4; Sit upright, eyes open naturally and face up, ears symmetrical, left and right shoulders balanced, head and shoulders should be upright and not too large or too small, accounting for 2/3 of the whole picture. The photos provided by the examinee that cannot be clearly and accurately identified will be set as "Failed to pass the review", and the examinee must resubmit the photo materials for review.
2. ID card photos within the validity period: front and back photos of the examinee's second-generation (or third-generation) ID card; The ID card shall be uploaded in front and back, and the ID card frame shall be complete, the handwriting shall be clear, and the brightness shall be uniform.
3. The examinee holds an ID card photo: when taking the photo, take the whole arm and upper body with the ID card into the photo. The head and shoulder should be upright. The hair should not cover the face or cause shadows, and the five facial features should be exposed; Ensure that all information on the ID card is visible and complete.
（2） New undergraduate graduates must upload materials
The fresh undergraduate graduates who meet the requirements of our application site must upload the original photos of the student card cover and personal information page (each semester needs to be stamped with the new semester registration seal), or the Online Verification Report of Student Status of the Ministry of Education of "China Higher Education Student Information Network".
（3） Non recent graduates must upload materials
1. All non fresh graduates: they must upload the original photos of their undergraduate diploma (master's or doctor's degree certificate is required if they apply for the examination as a master's or doctor's degree), or the China Higher Education Academic Certification Report of the "China Higher Education Student Information Network";
2. Non recent graduates with residence registration in Beijing: they must provide the original photos of the first page of the residence registration book (book) (the seal page of the public security department) and their own information page, as well as the original photos of the residence registration certificate issued by the public security organ;
3. Non recent graduates working in Beijing: must provide proof that they will pay basic endowment insurance or basic medical insurance (excluding supplementary payment; insurance deferred during the epidemic period shall be subject to Beijing's deferred payment policy) in 2022 (January to September) for more than 6 consecutive months (inclusive) in Beijing.
4. Candidates studying for the second bachelor's degree: they do not need to provide proof of residence in Beijing and proof of social security payment, but they must provide proof of being studying for the second bachelor's degree and certificate of consent issued by the educational administration department of the school (Beijing University of Chemical Technology candidates studying for the second bachelor's degree do not need to provide this certificate).
（4） Other materials
It shall be subject to the Notice on Online Confirmation of Candidates in 2023 issued by the Examination Site of Journal of Beijing University of Chemical Industry (1110).
7、 Other matters
（1） For candidates who have been confirmed online, their fees will not be refunded because they have started the examination organization procedures and arranged examination resources. For candidates who cancel their registration information, pay fees repeatedly, fail to make or fail to confirm online during the registration process, the initial examination fees paid will be refunded after reconciliation and settlement by Research Recruitment Network. The refunded fees are expected to be returned to the payment account used by the candidates at the end of December 2022. In order to ensure the smooth refund, please do not rush to cancel the payment account. If you find any problems, please contact the customer service of Research Recruitment Network in time.
（2） Candidates must log in to the "Research Recruitment Network" with their online username and password to download and print the "Admission Card" about ten days before the test. The Admission Certificate is printed on A4 white paper. Special reminder: The front and back sides of the Examination Permit shall not be altered or written during use. Candidates can take the first and second examinations with downloaded and printed "Admission Card" and valid resident ID card.
（3） Please arrange the registration time reasonably, try to avoid the peak hours at the beginning and end of the period, and avoid network congestion. Once the registration time has expired, no supplementary report will be arranged and no registration information can be modified.
（4） Candidates should pay close attention to the relevant information published on the "Research Recruitment Website", the website of the Graduate School of Beijing University of Chemical Technology and the WeChat official account of the Research Recruitment Office.
