5. The actual departure of tourism products shall be subject to national regulations. In case of failure to leave, the travel agency will refund in full, but no other compensation will be made.

3. During the tour, tourists are requested to choose appropriate routes and projects according to their physical conditions. Conscientiously abide by the relevant regulations of the scenic spot, and pay attention to the safety tips and warm tips of the scenic spot and travel agency staff. Mountain climbing, drifting, swimming, bathing in hot springs, taking a bus, visiting and taking photos and other tourism activities should follow the guidance of the scenic spot and staff. The scenic spot and the insurance company will be responsible for the relevant treatment costs if the guest is injured accidentally on the way to travel (no economic compensation in any form other than the treatment costs, such as missed work fees, nutrition fees, beauty fees, etc.);
4. The tour guide shall inform the guests of the meeting time and place before 19:00 the night before the tour. If you do not receive the call from the tour guide, please be sure to contact the staff of the travel agency. In order to avoid missed calls, the tourists shall go to the gathering place 15 minutes in advance on the day of the tour and keep their mobile phones unblocked.
5. The trip involves soaking in hot springs. Patients with acute disease, infectious disease, hypertension and other symptoms, as well as those who drink, should not soak in hot springs. If you want to soak, please do it under the guidance of a doctor.
6. The elderly over 65 years old should participate in the travel according to their own health, and should be accompanied by family members or friends to participate and sign the Health Certificate and the Letter of Exemption. We are sorry that we cannot receive the elderly over 75 years old;
7. The actual reception of tourists to the travel agency team shall be subject to the "Feedback Form of Tourist Opinions" filled in locally. Please fill in carefully and truthfully, which will serve as the basis for the quality of our team reception and handling of complaints.

9) During the whole tour, please pay attention to safety. Do not throw any chores. 10) Prepare a pair of shoes that fit your feet when you travel. There are many mountain roads in the scenic area. Please wear shoes that are easy to walk.
